I love Pupwalkr! I moved to O4W and needed help with dog potty breaks while I am at work. Easy to use, sign up online, super flexible times, and you get texts when the walker arrives, during the walk, and when they leave. I have total peace of mind when I am working or out with friends that my dog is being well taken care of! I want to like these folks-it's easy to set up an appt, the process is fairly easy and you can choose walkers. I've had a few good walkers and a few bad ones. If you are paying for a 30 minute walk, you should be getting a 30 minute walk. I don't need someone to tell me (especially those that have time stamps-call box call times and text times...) that they ripped me off and gave my beloved child only 20 minutes of attention. Fail. Don't think I'll use them again. Just be aware some walkers are great and some are not. Consistency should be key to a great business. read more

I have been using PupWalkr for about 6 months and I LOVE their service! I have two small dogs and I am one of those pet parents that views my pups as my children. They are spoiled rotten and pup walker lives up to my high standards!! My husband and I work and we felt so bad leaving them at home all day. PupWalkr seemed like a good deal so we decided to check it out. After meeting my walker on day one, I knew I was hooked! They come to our house 3 days a week and take the dog out for a 30 min walk. Scheduling is done online and super easy. You always get a notification when your walker arrives, mid walk, and when they leave and lock up. Plus you get a "potty report" of who did what business. I absolutely adore the images and messages my walker sends me in the middle of the day. Now when I have a late meeting, or want to go out with friends after work, I know that the dogs have been taken care of and I don't have to rush home right away. Pup Walkr is awesome, I'm completely addicted. They are so responsive and send the best text updates during the walks. My dogs are always so happy in the photos and clearly enjoy their time with the walkrs! One of the walkrs, Alex, even brought in a giant, heavy box with a new T.V. stand for us while we were at work. The best part is that they only charge you one credit per walk if you have two dogs instead of charging by the dog like other services do. We've absolutely loved using Pupwalkr. We found them last year after struggling with other dog walking services. Most of the other services charge as much as a dog daycare, and you have to schedule/cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Not only was that expensive, but it was super inconvenient. With Pupwalkr, however, you can schedule/cancel up to 1 hour in advance, and their prices are easily the lowest in the area. For those of us with last minute schedule changes, this has been a lifesaver. The Walkrs have also all been very professional, and send us photos and updates throughout the walk to let us know that they got there on time, and that they locked up the house as they left. Lastly, their customer service has been outstanding. They are always quick and responsive, and they constantly seek feedback. For instance, a number of months ago, I responded to a survey and suggested that they make scheduling recurring appointments more streamlined than having to schedule each one individually. Alex responded immediately, and within a few months they introduced the ability to autoschedule regular appointments (e.g., every weekday at 1pm with the same walker). Alex, the owner, is attentive, responsive, and very responsible. Twice within the last week, I have needed an emergency, last-minute dog walk for my beagle, Jack. Alex did not have any walkers from his team available, so he did the walks himself. He was kind enough to allow me to combine 2 pre-paid half-hour walks each time, so that my dog was able to get the exercise I could not give him. PupWalkr have been amazing to me and my dogs. One , particularly situation comes to mind. I had a dog sitter staying in my apartment with my dogs while I was on a business trip. This service has a lot of hype but is truly disappointing. The customer service is poor on all aspects from the walkers themselves which are rude as all get out to the owner, Alex, who seems to only care about a paycheck. They always have an excuse for their lack of service and shove the blame off on the customer as if it's their fault. The communication is non-existent and when you push for resolution or even try to hold them accountable, again it's your fault. Their business strategy is along the lines of we aren't the problem, you are. Do not recommend. I would recommend Wag or Rover any day over PupWalkr. read more

Scheduling, rescheduling, and communicating with the company and dog walkers is super easy and user friendly. After moving to Atlanta, I wanted to find a service for my dog that would accommodate the fact that some days at work I have to stay late and have a long commute home, leaving my pup to be alone for several hours! Pup Walkrs & especially Leslie are awesome!! Alex was also unbelievably helpful when I called to sign up. I rarely leave my dogs overnight, but I had to travel out of town for work this week and it was unavoidable. My husband was available to walk them in the AM & again in the evenings, but my girls are used to being walked mid-day on my lunch break every day. This is THE best dog walking business out there by far. I have been using dog walker for 5 month now and I cannot say enough good things about them. Not only do they genuinely care about my dog, but they are so helpful and sweet. I have never had to tell them to replenish my dogs water bowl because they do that all the time. They bring their own towels to wipe her off whenever its a rainy day and her paws her muddy. These are just a few of the great services they provide in addition to getting my pup TONS of exercise. I am now using PupWalkr for my dog's walks and I have to say it has been great. I was very worried about her not having the same walker on a daily basis b/c she is shy with new people, but we have a few regular walkers through PupWalkr who take turns based on their availability and it's been fine. They are incredibly responsive and they've never missed a walk. The one con is their website is a little difficult to navigate and do things on your own, but if you just email them they'll do it for you so it hasn't been a big deal. Yes when your family does not come on time to let out your puppy and you are housebreaking what can you do CALL Pup Walker they show up and are a lot less of a hassle! I was home sick today and I could hear the dog walker playing with the puppy and doing what I had requested to train the puppy. Very pleased! Like everyone else, I cannot say enough nice things about this company. They are extremely attentive and you can tell they actually care about your pet. I ran into 5 off-duty Pupwalkrs when I was walking my dog one night and they all ran up and were excited to see her and she could not have been more ecstatic to see them. As my dog is typically skittish around people, it was amazing to me how comfortable she was around all of them. The fact that they take pictures during and after the walk to show you that your pet is in good hands and give you a summary of the walk just puts them over the top.
