Winnie started playing here for daycare as soon as she had all her shots at around 4 months! It was the best way to socialize her to other dogs and people outside of our house. She successfully completed the stay and train program, which gave her a great foundation for obedience. She loves the staff here and we are so grateful for a place to board her while we are on vacation.

Puppy Haven is THE BEST doggy daycare in Atlanta. We used them for years for our beloved golden retrievers, Sydney & Stella and now have taken our new puppy, Sophie. I was nervous having my tiny golden retriever puppy attend, being a new mom again~lol, but they were so good to her and to me. Sophie had a blast making friends and it was such a positive experience that she was so happy to go back. The true testament to the wonderful staff.

Puppy Haven (in Buckhead) is truly one of the best dog day care facilities I've ever taken my pup too. PH is Penny's happy place! She was so well taken care of during her stay. They even take photos, send home report cards...the detail is very thoughtful. We will be back! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, kind, and made sure to put Penny's needs first. The services are a bit more pricey comparatively to other facilities in the area BUT I also notice an incredible difference in the cleanliness, care, professionalism, and presentation of Puppy Haven, so I have no problem paying a little extra. The care of my pup is my top priority and I have never felt more secure knowing she's in such good hands. She came home smelling clean and completely pooped...a very happy pup! I highly recommend PH!

If I could give more stars, I would!! These folks are so welcoming and kind when I drop off Rio for daycare. He loves it and is so excited to see Kalyssa and the crew. I feel very comfortable leaving him at Puppy Haven Buckhead, everyone is very professional, knowledgeable and the facility is sparkling clean! I have used several different daycare places over the years and they are awesome on every level. We will be coming back often!

Puppy Haven is hands down the best place that can care for your pup. I had the pleasure of trying the Roswell location but grew to become to far. I then decided to try the buckhead location and loved it. I took my sweet dog Rayne to this location and she absolutely loved it. It can get pretty tricky getting an 80 pound dog to become tired. When she came home she sleep like a puppy. Not only are they kind on the phone but also in person. They answered any questions that you have and are always attentive. They will forsure see us coming back. Thanks again Puppy Haven- Buckhead She took the best nap after a day of fun !

HIGHLY recommend this place for doggy daycare and boarding! They have been so sweet, caring and committed to my fur baby! They always tell me how she did at daycare, and it's so fun hearing about which other dogs she wants to play with during the day. When she was having some tummy trouble this week, they immediately called me to let me know. Also, Zsa Zsa almost never wants to eat her lunch when at daycare, but they never stop trying and always go the extra mile, even hand feeding her a bite to get her started and today it worked and she actually ate! She's still a growing puppy and needs to eat. The staff here knows my Zsa Zsa really well, calls her by name and I can see they treat her with genuine affection and utmost care. I wouldn't take her anywhere else!!

My puppy Roger LOVES puppy haven! Everyone that works here is so nice. He literally runs in when we arrive and I have to drag him out at the end of the day. He comes home happy and tired after a fun day of playing.

Very friendly staff that made the whole process (for an anxious dog mom) very easy! Most importantly Nyx seemed to have so much fun & was safe! Added bonus she was definitely worn out and ready for all the naps and snuggles when we got home so thank you guys for a great experience and taking care of my sweet girl!!

We chose Puppy Haven in Buckhead for our miniature schnauzer's very first boarding experience, and we couldn't be happier with how it went! As nervous first-time boarding parents, we really appreciated how accommodating, hospitable, and attentive the entire team was with our fur baby. The space is secure, spacious, and clearly well cared for--which gave us so much peace of mind. We especially loved having access to the puppy cam so we could check in on him throughout the day. The thoughtful touches truly set them apart: he even got a special bedtime story! Plus, the regular progress photos and updates made us feel completely at ease. 10/10 experience. We're already looking forward to his next daycare visit and staycation at Puppy Haven. Highly recommend to any fellow dog parents looking for a safe and loving place for their pup! read more

I am so happy I found Puppy Haven in Buckhead! We moved from out of state a couple of years ago and it's been 2 years since my senior Yorkie has been staying many times each year under the Custom Boarding care. The staff is so friendly and is genuinely happy to see my little pup and remembers her by name. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing she's cared for very well and the team is always responsive with any questions and "check-in" calls I make. Highly recommended! read more

Being new to the area, and Atlanta, we needed to find a doggy daycare for our golden retriever, Hope, that would come close to the daycare she loved back in LA. Our search didn't take very long because as soon as we walked into the Puppy Haven - Buckhead we thought that Hope would be happy here, and after just two visits there we can tell she is getting more comfortable. Staff is wonderful - greeting your puppy, lovingly walking the puppy to the playpen, walking your tired puppy back to you at the end of the day. You know they love what they do. The place is immaculate too. Your puppy will come home tired and you would never tell that the day was spent playing with other dogs. There is no smell at all. Lastly, if you are a velcro parents, like us, and suffer from separation anxiety, like us, you can log in and watch the play pen where your pup is. read more

Truly wonderful experience at Puppy Haven Buckhead. The staff are excellent - we are so grateful to them for taking such great care of our 10 year old lab for two extended stays. They are so skilled and kind, and very detailed, administering her medications to a T. They promptly communicated any issue and were proactive with solutions. They really got to know and love our dog :) The facility is kept extremely clean, and there is a nice outdoor area/play space as well. We can't recommend them highly enough. PuppyHaven Buckhead is the best place to take your dog! I've been bringing my dog since she was just a puppy, and the employees are always so great and friendly. My dog is so excited to go every day, and alway super tired when she gets home, a win-win! The facilities are clean, and you can watch your dog on the cameras if you want. My pup went here for the first time today and she was a little hesitant at first when I dropped her off but when I picked her up she was so incredibly happy. The staff was so detailed in telling me how her day went, how she behaved, what her likes/dislikes were, and they even offered really helpful advice on how to train some of her behavior. The report card at the end of the day is also a nice touch! The facility is super nice and clean. There is plenty of play room as well. The staff is top tier and I feel so comfortable leaving my little pup here. I know she is in the best hands when I'm at work. I will definitely be taking her back! read more

Our dog, Kaya, has been going to the Chastain location since she was a tiny puppy, and we've always loved Puppyhaven! We anxiously awaited the opening of the Buckhead location (literally 5 minutes away from our house) and it did not disappoint! Kaya loves going to the new location, and there are even some familiar faces from Chastain at Buckhead now as well! They always take wonderful care of Kaya, and she comes home tired and happy. We've boarded her for week long trips a couple of times since they opened and I know she's in great hands while we're gone. If there's ever any issues, they call me immediately and let me know. We can enjoy our vacation while knowing Kaya is having a great vacation as well! Couldn't recommend Puppyhaven more! read more

Cat Owner!...Speaking on behalf of my lovely cat…read more First time I had Jacob stop by to help provide for my cat twice a day for 15-30 min, he was a newly adopted 2 yr old boy. Incredibly standoffish at first, my cat became perfectly comfortable around Jacob very quickly. I was away for nearly 2 weeks. Jacob only took about 1 or 2 days for my cat to get acclimated to him. Fast forward 4 months later (a much shorter trip that I'll be on, and still a naturally skittish cat) but he remembers Jacob!! Usually he hides for a while but he seems to have immediately smelled Jacob's scent and felt comfortable with coming out sayin' hello and possibly having a bit of play time. I'm so happy to know that Travis can happily expect someone he trusts and looks forward to seeing! The best part of this service is the photos and real time text updates during the appointments. A serious A+ for communication. You can call in, text, discuss everything with him down to whichever specifications necessary (i.e food, behavior, etc). Nothing beats seeing your little one in real time via photos and understanding how they're doing through direct messages from the person that's taking care of them. It's a huge amount of stress off of your shoulders during a trip away. You've been fantastic Crate Escape! Thanks for making me feel secure that my little guy is taken care of and feeling good :)

They do a free trial day and I could tell right away that their staff really cared. I loved being able to watch our dog on the livestream video, and even caught her being held, haha (she's the 5 lb chihuahua). While this pup isn't in Atlanta full time, we will definitely use BHV when my parents visit town and we want to do some activities that aren't pet friendly. Over the years, the B&B family have gotten to know him and they all have varying levels of comfort with him, Sophie being the stand out and could have easily replaced me as his mom! Despite Gus's lack of interest in most beings that aren't a tennis ball, everyone makes a concerted effort to get to know Gus and his quirks, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience! When there was an issue with another dog, not started by Gus, the B&B family immediately let me know and we solved the issue together, again with their team being absolute rockstars in care for Gus's small wounds before I could get back to him. I mention this story because there's always someone on a review site for doggy daycare and boarding with a bad experience who talks about it, but doesn't go into the detail of how the company made it right. It's horrible. I explained what I wanted.. the layers I loved about my puppy's coat the fluffiness... and it's like they just shaved him and gave him back... no blending, not even.. no shaping. I'm so sad... it's not even going to grow back nicely. They really messed up my dog's beautiful coat. I was in complete shock... and so flustered I just had to get out of there. But I should have stayed and expressed how horrible he looked. I'll call in the morning but... it was the worse. I'll let you be the judge.

Took their food and bowls but was told they provided bowls, so they gave me back my personal bowls. Wen I returned to picked them up and brought them home, both dogs started coughing. By the next day, their symptoms had become worse. I took them to the veterinarian, where they were diagnosed with Kennel Cough. I contacted Frogs to Dogs to inform them of the situation and was told someone would get back to me. Unfortunately, I have not received a phone call, text, or email addressing my concerns. I understand that kennel cough can sometimes occur even in vaccinated dogs and in boarding environments, but I am disappointed by the lack of communication and follow-up after reporting what happened. I couldn't be happier with our experience here! Finding a daycare you completely trust with your dog is priceless, and this team has exceeded my expectations from day one. Everyone on staff is so welcoming, kind, and genuinely cares about the dogs. Communication is always excellent, and it's comforting to know my Ollie is in such great hands while we're away. One of my favorite features is being able to check the cameras throughout the day to see what he's up to, and I also love spotting him on their Instagram--it always makes my day! I recently had him groomed here as well, and he came home looking so handsome. They did an amazing job, and it was clear he was just as happy after his grooming appointment as he is after daycare. The biggest sign of all is how excited my dog gets every time we arrive. He practically can't wait to get inside, and he comes home happy after a full day of playing. What an amazing brand new Facility Puppy Haven has built in the heart of Buckhead. The staff is warm, friendly, and extremely passionate about making your four-legged friend have the most incredible experience while in their care. My 2 year-old ESS, absolutely loves going to "camp" here. She beats me to the car every time I mention it is time to go see her friends at "Camp." I especially love the extra fun activities they do with Honour like playing with bubbles or having "Back to School" week. I could not imagine taking her anywhere else that would genuinely love my dog as much as I do other than Puppy Haven Buckhead! It is definitely Honour's home away from home! read more

Puppy Haven Buckhead is absolutely amazing! Leo & Bailey had the best time during their visit. When they got home, they were so happily worn out that I actually had time to catch up on emails--without the usual puppy-powered distractions! The staff is always pleasant, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. You can tell they genuinely care about the dogs and create a fun, safe environment for them to play and relax. Our 1 year old doodle Boomer has gone to Puppy Haven Buckhead for baths, daycare, and overnight stays, and we would recommend it to anyone looking for high quality care for their dog. They are super accommodating and are always very welcoming and friendly. Boomer is never sad to go there and see his people friends, and he always appears to be well loved when we pick him up after a visit. We have moved to a different part of town, but we plan on driving the extra distance to keep using Puppy Haven - Buckhead because of the trust we have in their care for Boomer. read more

I took my baby Chyna to the Buckhead location for grooming. I was extremely nervous because she would always get cut way too short... no matter where I took her. I decided to go ahead and book it, and I was so very happy to see her come out looking like a little princess. Shes 16 months old and has never ever looked this beautiful. Lauryn was her groomer, I gave her minimal instructions on her cut, and she literally read my mind. She's Our new groomer 4 ever. Thank you Lauryn from all of us. Puppy Haven = BEST decision for my baby Kingston My high-energy schnauzer has been going for about two weeks now, and wow... the growth!! We can't say enough wonderful things about Puppy Haven Buckhead. Our two German shepherd rescues have been going there for almost two years, and they are always so excited to see the staff the moment we walk in. The team has been incredibly accommodating with all of my (many!) requests, and they consistently go above and beyond to make sure my dogs' special needs are met. My pups smile says it all. But really! I bring him to daycare here and it has been great for him. Getting to play in a safe environment all day with other dogs not only makes him happy but mellows out his behavior at home. Puppy Haven is a great dog daycare! The facility is always very clean and the staff are all so nice. My dog Scottie struggles with getting dropped off as she has separation anxiety, and the staff are always very patient with her and very understanding. Once she gets past the initial threshold, she plays and gets lots of pets. She always comes home exhausted! I couldn't recommend this place enough!! read more

Our pups love love love puppy haven! They get so excited when we pull into the parking lot and zoom to start playing! The staff is so friendly and really get to know your dogs. They do a good job of wearing them out so the pups sleep so well after they come home. Overnight boarding is convenient as well and it's nice that they get playtime during their stay. The people at the front desk were extremely attentive and my dog cannot wait to go back, she gets so excited whenever we pull up! Love Puppy Haven Buckhead - I bring both my small dogs here and they spend half of their day on the small dog side and half in their private rooms. Each time I call and check in on them I am provided with real time updates. When I pick them up, they are both very tired and I can tell have had a long day. Leo, our 3 year old mini Bernedoodle, loves Puppy Haven. He is super shy and a fraid of other dogs due to living on a farm full-time. We have a home in Buckhead and when we need to board him Puppy Haven is our go to. He is always glad to hop out of the car and go with a friendly employee to start his adventure.
