The facility and the staff were absolutely amazing for our two Great Dane boys. They would match the play group with their personality and activity, which they would come home tired and happy from a fun day. They also loved every staff member and were always happy to see them when they arrive! One of our pups had surgery and couldn't stay home after the first couple weeks due to our work, but their "Day and Play" program is exceptional for needing to be away from other dogs until medically cleared. Despite being alone, he had a buddy throughout the day for low-level play time and enrichment to keep him busy. We highly recommend taking your dogs to Central Bark in Atlanta! We honestly wish we could've picked them up and take them with us to our new home destination. Even if your dog can't be with other dogs for some reason, they will not be bored! We miss them dearly!

She went in believing she was being considered for employment, only to spend 4 exhausting hours performing nonstop physical labor with little guidance and no compensation. During this so-called interview, she was made to clean dog feces and urine, mop floors and hallways, vacuum, clean kennels, clean bathrooms, carry heavy trash bags filled with waste, empty dirty mop buckets by herself, and climb a ladder to wipe down higher kennels. The amount of work expected from someone who was not officially hired was excessive and completely inappropriate for an interview setting. What upset me most was the complete lack of proper training and concern for safety. At one point, large dogs -- including breeds capable of causing serious injury -- began fighting, and my daughter was instructed to help break up the fights despite having absolutely no training or experience handling aggressive dogs. Expecting an untrained 18-year-old applicant to intervene in dangerous dog altercations is reckless and irresponsible. If she had been bitten, knocked down, or seriously hurt, the consequences could have been devastating. After hours of labor during what appeared to be one of their busiest times of day, she was then told she was not hired and informed only afterward that none of the work she performed would be compensated. That should have been made clear upfront before having her perform hours of physically demanding and unsanitary work. My daughter loves animals and dreams of becoming a veterinarian one day, which makes this experience even more heartbreaking. Young people seeking honest opportunities should not be used for unpaid labor under unsafe conditions while being given false hope about employment. This entire experience felt exploitative, unprofessional, and deeply unethical. I truly hope this situation is looked into before another young applicant gets seriously injured.

She had no problems with our home security system, did a great job caring for and cleaning after our cat and even brought in our mail. We have indoor and outdoor cameras as an additional safety precaution and while we didn't watch it on every visit what we did see and hear made us feel so grateful. She was warm and kind to our cat and clearly took the job seriously. My only regret is that we didn't tip more than we did.
