I followed up, and he said he would send it out the next day. Contacted him after another couple weeks and he ignored all efforts to contact him for months. I called him from another number and he answered right away. Told me he would call me back in 5 minutes, and I'm sure you guessed it by now, he didn't return the call. I called the owner and one of the first things he told me was to get a lawyer and that he didn't want my future business. Which was odd for a business to say. I immediately felt scammed.
