They not only delivered the insulation & machine. They had to order more insulation to fill my order. I ordered & paid for this on Monday morning 11/11/2019. Estimated date for receipt & delivery of my order was the following Monday 11/18/2019. Well the order was delivered Wednesday afternoon 11/13/2019- that's 2 days, not a week. Well the following day we were going to insulate the attic but the used machine turned out to be totally unusable due prior customer abuse. Cody went above & beyond the call of duty. He asked me to give him a little time to find a solution to my problem. Well on Friday he went to their Lindsay store to get an operating machine. Not only did he bring a working machine; it was brand new & more powerful. He & my son assembled the new machine under my carport. Not only did he assemble the new machine; he helped blow in 4-6 bag to ensure the machine worked & we totally understood how to use the 2h.p. machine. We had Home Depot & Lowe's both before ordering with TH Rogers because we thought they'd be cheaper. Well I was so wrong! Not only did they price matched the big box stores that couldn't provide a working machine. Nor did they care if we bought from them & they didn't even try to find a working machine. TH Rogers not only got me a working machine + they didn't charge me a delivery fee for the insulation from Purcell to Lexington. They never charged me for their trip to Lindsay to my house. Everyone at TH Rogers was professional, courteous & always returned my phone calls. My entire experience has not only met my expectations but has far exceeded my expectations! One of them motioned me out to lumber. I finally helped myself find what they had that I needed and mentioned to an employee I found in the store that it seemed they couldn't be bothered to assist customers. The employee shared that they were managers and that is how they always acted, spending hours talking with each other. I stopped to tell them how dissatisfied I was with their lack of attention and service. One of them remarked "Have a nice day Ma'am." With that snide comment, I resolved never to shop there again. There is a reason there were only 3 cars in their parking lot and hundreds at Walmart and tractor supply. This store is the worst example of customer service in the area, and a team rolls the way the leaders roll. I will vote with my wallet and drive the 30 miles to Home Depot or Lowes. This is my last time trying to buy local here.

A whole aisle of just chisels, tons of planes, saws, lathes, and cool turning tools I've never even heard of. I saw lots of different kinds of wood stock, and a bunch of cross cut slabs ready to go. So much more than that but there's a sample. I wasn't in there for anything in particular, just checking it out, but I overheard a few conversations with the staff, and they really know their stuff. They also hold classes there for people of all levels so you can learn how to use routers, lathes, scroll saws, or seemingly anything else you might want to use to shape wood. If you are thinking about starting a wood project, start here instead of a big box store, these people will give you some individual attention and help you find the right materials.
