Still, Caroline Foley and her Diamondscape team show up and do so much more than getting the job done. They look for and resolve issues. They consider each of the family members that are using the landscape and garden that they have created and make ongoing improvements. They propose new and useful ideas. We hired Diamondscape to take over the disaster that was left behind by Roberto Castañeda and his Constant Lawn & Gardener, and Caroline and team delivered on every promise. Weed infested, dry/dead sod turned into lush green grass. Plants and flowers are drought and heat-resistant... and attractive. Irrigation systems are constantly tweaked for efficiency and water preservation. We were fortunate to get in under the wire when we did, as Diamondscape had started turning away new clients given their considerable stable of long term customers.

He walked around and examined all my plants and my trees and was really impressed with all the growth that had occured and how well things had been planted. He tried to get the trees to budge by pushing on them (they did not budge) and he explained how many times he does that test and the trees wobble. He told me that was simply because they had been planted correctly. I wanted to update this review so you can see how well Diamondscape does their job with lasting results. I hope your experience with them is as good as ours was.

Told me it would take one day it took 5 days (weather was not an issue). Tore down 2 sides of fence and had a mess everywhere - even in the neighbor's yard (see pic - I was worried that someone would get hurt with the exposed nails.) And left the side open to neighbors for 2 days. Did not haul off all the old posts. Had asked them to use screws (multiple times and was assured they would) when putting the panels back on - they used a nail gun mostly and some of the panels are already falling off (it has been only a couple days). They finished after dark, so I stupidly was unable to inspect a final time. I emailed them and asked them to come back, but they are not responding.

He offered suggestions and ideas as well. I just wanted simple, low maintenance with rocks, and just enough grass for my dog. Their quote (with a large amount of rocks) was better than a quote with just grass and their sprinkler redo price was almost $1000 cheaper. They also completed the work while it was raining and had leftover grass that they laid in my neighbors yard (aside from the area we fixed bc the pool company destroyed their grass and sprinklers) at no extra charge. My grass never looked terribly patchy, so they must have high standards of what trash will lay and how they lay it. I highly recommend them.

Jared working with me on budget and the scheduling of all the work that needed to get done. Nick was the person that I worked with directly during the whole process. Nick was always prompt as well as very honest when talking through all my options. I used CountryScapes for a new irrigation system, masonry, and landscaping. Roberto did an absolute phenomenal job in the masonry work which was I was most concerned with. My wife was concerned with everything matching the house colors and it did perfectly! They were even able to use the leftover house brick from when our house was built!! They put all new mulch and planted new plants in our front flowerbed which looks great. I also asked them to install new Zoysa sod in front yard due to the challenges that we've had with shade from our big bnb oak trees. The sod looks amazing and have recieved tons of compliments from friends and neighbors. Thank you to CountryScapes for all the stellar work and I will definitely be referring people their way!

That day came and went and they didn't show up or even let me know they would need to reschedule. I reached out the day after and they apologized and mentioned it was a personal emergency, which I totally got. They came out that same day and then asked for a survey of the property so they could give me a more accurate quote. I sent over the survey and then, nothing. I followed up with them numerous times via email and left messages and no one even bothered to return my calls.
