However the quality of the installation was great. We had specific request for mounding the base to give it some depth and they got it right the first time. The design also required 2 seams to get the right look and flow and neither of the seams are visible. Second time: we decided to mange the front yard work on our own and when it was time to install turf, purchase green Los Al was the only place I called due to the quality from the first time. The initial discussion was thorough and friendly and received a quote same day. They emailed the bid and we were able to get the contract completed and schedule the crew over email. It was a very simple and well communicated process. For our application the crew completed the work in 1 day and it looks just as good as the back. One of the best experiences I have had with a contractor. Chris from purchase green was amazing. I first had him come out a year ago to give me a quote on about a 1000 square feet of artificial turf in my front yard. He brought samples, measured everything and had a quote to me the next day. I ended up getting a few more quotes and felt confident in Chris and Purchase Green to give me the service and product I wanted. Chris also let me know of a couple jobs he had finished recently for me to look at which was nice. We set a date for installation, and in the meantime I decided install pavers in my front and backyard which was going to conflict with the artificial turf install. I was also informed that the pavers needed to be finished before installing the turf. I had to cancel on Chris and he said "no problem we can revisit when the pavers are done". Long story short, after the pavers were installed, I called Chris and he was back out the next day. We picked up where we left off and 5 days later the turf was installed. The pictures don't do it justice. Great company, great communication and a great product. The WORST!! Been a complete nightmare. Bring a tape measure and don't trust their words. They delivered a piece of grass shorter than what I paid for. Called customer service and was on hold or transferred around not solving anything and wasting hours. They claim about excellent service and above & beyond but that's all corporate bs advertising. Try other local sellers, prices are similar but you'll definitely get better service. They stole about $100 from me. Yes, stole, since part of the grass was missing. Even claimed that I purposely cut it short to get free grass when all I wanted was what I paid for. End up costing another $200 modifying landscaping stones due to the missing grass. If you must buy from them, BRING A TAPE MEASURE and measure the grass yourself before they roll it up. You won't be able to measure it once it's rolled up and once you unroll it then it's too late. Take your time and check everything because you can't trust their work. read more
