Bill uses high-quality materials, he used Suntek for my 30% tint and made sure it was legal to drive in California (since I'm not too well-versed in car detailing and legal window tint shades at all). For the 7-year/lifetime ceramic coating, Bill used Opticoat Pro Plus over the body of my car, which has an amazingly smooth and glossy finish. He recommended Opticoat Glass Pro ceramic coating for my windshield and windows as well (to prevent high-speed rock damages on the freeway), which I happily agreed to get. I really appreciated all of Bill's thoughtful recommendations, especially knowing the weather up in the Bay Area where I'm originally from. All of these customizations together cost $1998, which is far less than what I had been quoted by certain shops back in the Bay. Also Bill's turn around time for coating and curing the car was less than 2 days for everything, whereas I had been quoted over a week back in the Bay (and with a much longer commute from where I live!) For the quality of service, details, and kind customer service, I'd recommend any friend in Arizona to go on over and visit Bill for detailing and work - 11/10! Hard to believe that simple process will last a year. $400 and it took 1 person less than 2 hours for 2 cars. Just seemed like a lot of money for under 2 hours. $200 an hour per car exterior no interior. On the positive side, Coltin was very polite and punctual. They told me they would be able to remove them. They set me up with an appointment two days later, and their detailer showed up at my residence perfectly on time, how convenient. A rarity these days in the service industry unfortunately. Nick came, and with an air of confidence, told me that he would get rid of the swirl marks left all over the car by the dealer. He immediately went to work on the car, and a couple to a few hours later, the car was shining and all the buffer swirl marks were gone. The interior was cleaned and vacuumed also. The location was not busy, and I confirmed with the employees that they were open before having my vehicle serviced. I had recently been to the beach and specifically asked for the interior of my vehicle to be vacuumed because of the sand. When the service was completed, I immediately noticed that a considerable amount of sand was still left throughout the vehicle. Including dog hair. I brought this to the employees' attention, but no one offered to finish vacuuming or correct the problem. More concerning, I discovered a scratch on my leather seat that I believe occurred while my vehicle was being serviced. I take very good care of my vehicle, and this damage was extremely upsetting. I asked to speak with the manager, Juan, because I was concerned about both the incomplete service and the damage. Unfortunately, his response was even more disappointing than the service itself. Rather than showing concern or attempting to resolve the situation, I found him dismissive, arrogant, and lacking in basic customer service. When I asked for his last name so I could properly document the incident, he refused to provide it. I was not asking for anything unreasonable. I expected the service I paid for to be completed properly and, more importantly, for my concerns about damage to my vehicle to be taken seriously and handled professionally. This is not the level of service or management I associate with Superstar Car Wash. hoping to hear back from Corporate. My recommendation find another establishment to clean your vehicle!

Most places I called had waits up to a week out, but Definitive was ready in a couple days. Stephan said he'd be at my house at 8am and damned if he wasn't there at 8 on the dot. I noticed they didn't employ a two-bucket washing method. If that bothers you, just a heads up but my truck was pretty clean to begin with (apart from the sap) so they went ahead and pressure washed it. Afterward they polished and waxed it. It wasn't at the level of a paint correction specialist but for the price I could hardly complain. They even cleaned up the frame rails inside of the wheel wells On god, the car looked like it just rolled off the lot. Well done, Stephan and gang. Once I finally got talking to them it was extremely sales pitchy. I said no 6 times, I just wanted the inside of my car cleaned a bit so I went with the $40 option. After declining several times the guy helping me looks very annoyed and just stopped talking, put the receipt on my car and walked away without saying anything... I was going to give more stars if the people actually cleaning my car were happier or did a good job but there's still quite a bit of stuff on my seat and the side of my console that I was able to rub off with my thumb, there is also some sort of spray that wasn't wipes and not it's dried on my white leather. It was not too busy but it seemed rushed, they were also throwing towels in the air and onto the group, it just gave the energy that "I don't want to be here, I don't care" Needless to say I probably wont be back but it's a shame because I prefer these types of car washes.
