Honestly, they were one of the highlights of the trip. From the empathy I received during my initial phone call to Caden coming within a hour and finished in under an hour. The whole process was so easy and appreciated! My car looked amazing when he was done! I was so worried my car would smell and the trip would be ruined because I didn't have it in me to clean it myself! What I loved was that one of his team members actually showed up right on time. I was surprised it was just one person instead of a team but Pablo got the job done. It took him about 3 hours which is what he estimated at the beginning. My friend said he wasn't blown away but that the job was good. Overall, it is a convenient business and at better than average prices compared to other detailing services.

They told me they would be able to remove them. They set me up with an appointment two days later, and their detailer showed up at my residence perfectly on time, how convenient. A rarity these days in the service industry unfortunately. Nick came, and with an air of confidence, told me that he would get rid of the swirl marks left all over the car by the dealer. He immediately went to work on the car, and a couple to a few hours later, the car was shining and all the buffer swirl marks were gone. The interior was cleaned and vacuumed also. I highly recommend Race Day, as someone that has used them, and will use them again.

I'll be honest my car wasn't a mess but I can tell the attention to detail they put into the car. Even my mats are looking younger! It was easy to book an appointment (I believe the service requested/booked the "Rally Sport" which is their inside detailing), they were communicative and even early. Them coming to you puts you at ease not being stranded somewhere else. I really appreciated them asking if any spots needed attention. This is money well worth spent. I drove through the car wash this morning with my brand new 2026 F350 which has not one scratch on…read moreit. After I got out of the car wash and started drying my truck I noticed that there were several gouges on the hood of my truck. I called over the manager to explain that this truck has no scratches on it and had none coming in here. I told him to walk around my entire truck and find me one scratch which he could not find. I told him this was a direct result from their car wash and he chose to tell me that it was a rock chip. I explained that rock chips don't leave claw marks and gouges. When I asked for his supervisors information, he declined to give it to me and would only give me the generic email to superstar car wash. He said there was nothing else that he could do and it was just a rock chip. This is horrible customer service for a manager at a car wash to explain what he thinks it is without having any professional experience in the autobody business and tell you there's nothing else that he can do. I'm hoping this review will find its way to a higher up supervisor and they will acknowledge that their machine scratched a brand new truck. The manager's name was Juan.

Most places I called had waits up to a week out, but Definitive was ready in a couple days. Stephan said he'd be at my house at 8am and damned if he wasn't there at 8 on the dot. I noticed they didn't employ a two-bucket washing method. If that bothers you, just a heads up but my truck was pretty clean to begin with (apart from the sap) so they went ahead and pressure washed it. Afterward they polished and waxed it. It wasn't at the level of a paint correction specialist but for the price I could hardly complain. They even cleaned up the frame rails inside of the wheel wells On god, the car looked like it just rolled off the lot. Well done, Stephan and gang. Not only did they come the same day, they split the job between our work and our home so we could finish our shift. The truck is fabulous clean! Removed the soda, grass and dog hair. I rarely leave negative reviews but I've had two bad experiences here lately and I'm starting to…read moreremember why I canceled my membership Today when I pulled in there's a guy waving me to pull forward while another guy is just standing in the way so I couldn't move forward unless I run him over and they both looked annoyed at me? Once I finally got talking to them it was extremely sales pitchy. I said no 6 times, I just wanted the inside of my car cleaned a bit so I went with the $40 option. After declining several times the guy helping me looks very annoyed and just stopped talking, put the receipt on my car and walked away without saying anything... I was going to give more stars if the people actually cleaning my car were happier or did a good job but there's still quite a bit of stuff on my seat and the side of my console that I was able to rub off with my thumb, there is also some sort of spray that wasn't wipes and not it's dried on my white leather. It was not too busy but it seemed rushed, they were also throwing towels in the air and onto the group, it just gave the energy that "I don't want to be here, I don't care" Needless to say I probably wont be back but it's a shame because I prefer these types of car washes.
