Tonight was my first time taking a barre class in over 2 years! I struggled tremendously, but the…read moreinstructor showed us how to modify a few of the exercises, which allowed me to finish my first class at Neighborhood Barre without passing out! The studio was cute and tidy. And the other attendees were friendly, which made the class comforting. The vibe is extremely positive and welcoming at Neighborhood Barre. I will definitely return to class #2!

I really enjoyed the atmosphere with the big open space and lighting. As well as the setup with various equipment. Parking was a breeze and class times worked well with my full time work schedule. The workout itself was very challenging in the beginning (especially those strength classes!), but by the end of 2 weeks It felt much easier and I even found myself able to increase my weights. I really recommend this for all levels of fitness and would return for a day I wanted a less intense break from cardio. I really feel like I built a lot of leg strength during my time here and would often find them shaking at the end of an exercise. My only wish would be that they offered more evening classes over the weekend. Excited to see this studio grow and see what they do moving forward!

I love this studio! My favorite part is by far the variety of classes they offer. I get bored…read moreeasily at a normal gym, and if I have to run or lift on my own, I half-ass it. At Zen, the instructors are so fun, motivating, and you have a new workout every class! The staff are so welcoming and I love that they acknowledge my name when I walk in. It really makes me feel like I'm part of the family and cared about. I have to say the challenges really keep me active and working hard throughout the year. If they didn't have them every couple of months I would not be as consistent or motivated to go all the time. I also LOVE they have showers. Before coming to Zen a couple of studios I tried out did not offer that, which didn't give me the option to take morning classes right before work. If I worked from home it wouldn't be as big of a deal, but having to go into the office every day I love I have the option to work out before or after work. 10/10 love this place and everyone I've met there!

Everything from spin, sculpt, and yoga, etc. there's plenty to pick from including some "express" 30 minute classes for those with a tighter schedule. The facility is very well kept and has large private showers available. The instructors are the best part of the experience! They are incredibly personable and bring a great energy to every class. The studio is always doing deals and challenges so I recommend looking into what their options are!

InsideOut is a cool gym. It's small and hidden, but I think members enjoy that about it…read more I visited once for a tour and another time on a guest pass to try out a TRX class. The gym was very clean, staff was welcoming, and you tell that folks really get to know each other. The TRX class was amazing! I think the instructor adjusted a bit for having a few newbies (which really pissed off one of the regulars. She groaned and complained for half the class... seriously) but that didn't mean it was easy. TRX classes are normally pretty pricey, so it's cool that members can attend these classes, along with yoga, spinning, rowing, and Zumba without paying additional fees. My cons are the size, weekend hours, and variety of classes. The gym is pretty small. I need a bit more room and maybe a sauna or pool. Also, the weekend hours are very condensed and I don't think I'm their target demographic with the classes offered. I'm more into HIIT, boot camp, and barre classes than spinning and rowing, which take up a big chunk of their class schedule. Classes must also be scheduled in person through sign up sheets and members can't register or cancel online. Overall, it's not for me, but I would recommend folks checking this place out. It's got a great central location and lots to offer if you're looking for a welcoming community.

I joined Inside Out about 3 weeks ago. As the other reviewer stated, they do have some awesome…read moreclasses!! When I signed up, I kind of knew what I was getting myself into. It's a small gym. A small gym means personal attention, people who know your name, accountability!!! It also means having to sign up for classes (which I don't mind, since it makes you accountable), and less equipment and space. When I signed up, I asked questions. I asked about busy times, I asked about slow times. I made sure that they would have equipment and space available to me when I needed it. I don't just sign up for gym memberships and not go...I have been at different hours on different days. I have never had a problem finding a piece of equipment to use. They have kettle bells, and machines, and medicine balls. They have small stretching rooms with foam rollers and ab rollers. I don't think there is anything that I lack in this gym. If you need a lot of space (for whatever reason), you would know that this is not the place for you when you walk in the door. BUT it's definitely bigger than you think it is. There are plenty of small rooms, and they will let you bring the weights into the small rooms if you would like :-) I think the most important thing you can take from this review...ask questions. Make sure you find the right gym for you!! Whatever that may be!
