It is an elegant, spotless, friendly studio with supportive, highly skilled instructors dedicated to helping you strengthen, lengthen and tone. All of the group classes at Pilates Plus are very challenging, but in a good way because you leave the studio feeling amazing and accomplished. At one point while doing roll ups without cues at all I was struggling to see what others were doing and I actually heard the instructor laugh at me. Then at the end she didn't even ask how the class went, she just said that will be $40 glad I could get you in. I just wish the instructor didn't have the class open to the public or had let me know she wouldn't be doing a lot of instruction during the class because all I heard were the ladies chit chatting and the instructor softly counting in the background. It works for them, but it didn't work for me.

Feeling the need to mix up my workout regime , I signed up for 6 months of reformer work. I was blown away by the Immediate understanding of how core strength is imperative to ones wellbeing.. I'm hooked for life or so I thought.. Fast forward to 2021.. I'm still 5'2, 110 lbs, still physically active , and still of the belief I'm a weapon of mass destruction if need be. Andi Renshaw assured me that while my days of triathlons , clean and jerk weightlifting, and Gumby gymnastics, may have expired.. my ability to maintain a STRONG CORE is achievable AT ANY AGE.. I found Pilates evolution and loved it from the start! The studio is clean and the reformers are newer. The classes are hard, the teachers are hands on and great at correcting form & giving helpful body cues to engage the right muscles for each move. So happy I found this spot!

She recognized that I was new along with one other person, so she showed us both the machine and got us set up. The class itself was great! If you're not familiar with Lagree, it's a style of high-intensity Pilates that combines cardio and strength training. It's very hard and very rewarding. Katrina did a fantastic job of encouraging and pushing us while providing either modifications or ways to make the workout harder. There were some empty machines and I loved this as it meant she was able to demonstrate on one, so I knew exactly what the exercises should look like. I've taken several Lagree classes but still consider myself relatively new to this type of exercise, so I appreciated the visual demonstration. Overall, everyone was very friendly and welcoming. There was also ample free parking. Because of that, the convenient location, and great instruction, I will definitely be back!

Each equipment class has only 5 people max so you always get lots of individual attention and support. I love how attentive they are to every client, making sure you're doing the exercises properly so you're being safe and getting the maximum benefit. I continued going through most of my pregnancy and they were extremely accommodating with modifications for me. I can't say enough good things about this studio. Go!!
