I'm not in the best shape (round, I'm told is still a shape:) ) and I have wobbly bits and bits that continue moving when I stop. I'm self conscience. Here that doesn't bother anyone!! All different women from all walks of life with all sorts of shapes can come here and get their workout on! A typical routine consists of kettle bells swings, side lunges, burpees (aka the devil), ring swings, running/rowing, and wall balls. As you workout, you use your body weight against yourself.
