I was not taking good care of my mental and physical heath. I needed to make some changes so I could be a better wife and mother and just feel better! I have never been one to stick to a gym and classes were even more daunting! I decided for a birthday gift to myself that I would try something new and jumped in with both feet! I have never felt better! I like that no class is ever the same. I can show up after a busy day and get a great workout in, I don't have to think about what muscle group to work next or watch the clock I can just be in the moment. 100% I recommend Soul Barre to any and everyone. I'm a full time mama and over the last year I've been able to do most of my workouts at home (virtually connecting in with both live and replay classes from SB). In a busy life when your running constantly an hour to yourself is awesome and good for your sanity! I love spending mine at the Barre! The class goes by fast and is low impact while working my tail off! The instructors are energetic and positive and work out along with you.
