Instructing a class with a wide variety of experience can be challenging, but Kristy and Jodie do it with ease and seamlessly offer modifications to make each portion of the class accessible to anyone. I try to go to all the classes she teaches because not only is she kicking my butt and making me the strongest I've ever been, there's just something about her that is so soothing to my brain. She's always excited to see you and she is so encouraging during the workout. It will be the toughest workout but somehow she makes it not seem so bad. It helps that she is either doing the entire workout with you or demonstrating so you know exactly what to do. I can't sing her praises enough! And when I attended classes recently I appreciated the welcoming energy of staff and pretty clean environment. But now, in 2026, I see there is room for improvement to maintain a high quality work experience and environment. First, a proper balance between music and instructor voice must be struck so that the participants can hear the instructor clearly (and not muffled) while engaging in an immersive sound experience. I find it concerning that my watch informs me that being in the room for more than 30 minutes can greatly increase risk of hearing loss. I think the soundscape can be restructured to be surrounding without overwhelming. Furthermore, I noticed a significant change in post-class atmosphere. Staff are friendly, but the bathrooms have significantly less hygiene products and this Solidcore doesn't have any showers. Given that this one of the most expensive $ to class ratio in the Baltimore area, I think participants would appreciate their class price or membership price utilized for amenities like a shower or more hygiene products in the bathrooms. I hope to attend a solidcore class soon again with hope of an improved immersive experience and high quality class.

From the instructors to fellow members, the atmosphere is just so welcoming and non-judgemental. Becoming a regular and being greeted by name seriously makes my week! My favorite instructors and classes are the following: C2 with Leah - you can tell she puts so much intention behind her flows. She often starts with a brief excerpt at the beginning of class and I'm not sure if she finds them somewhere or writes them herself, but they are always concise and meaningful and her voice is SO soothing. I love her careful and supportive assists throughout class. C2 and yoga sculpt with Payton - her classes are always challenging but in a good way. I feel stronger and more energized afterwards. She gives you time to play and try out more advanced poses. We recently tried flying splits which I would've never attempted on my own! Yoga sculpt with Eliya - Eliya's playlists are always on point! Her classes are challenging and fun. I always get such a great sweat in and I love her vibe. I look forward to her 4:30pm Friday sculpt all week! C2 with Eleanor - Eleanor does a great job queuing poses and helping you make adjustments without even needing to do hands-on assists. Her flows are often really creative and fun. I'm also a big fan of the CSX classes but just don't find as much time in my schedule to give them a go. Kira and Hayden are both great CSX teachers! Right now, my muscles feel as though they've had a massage; I'm experiencing a pleasant soreness and can really feel that my muscles have been worked. So, what exactly is Reformer Pilates? What makes it different, and what are its benefits? Essentially, it is a Pilates method that utilizes specialized equipment. Built around a unique spring-based mechanism, the Reformer machine works muscles in a versatile way and is suitable for individuals at any fitness level. Fundamentally, it promotes body flexibility, engages all muscle groups, improves balance, and facilitates fat burning. It aims to alleviate muscle, joint, and back pain while enhancing flexibility and coordination. It helps reduce spinal issues, strengthens the pelvic floor muscles, and tones and shapes the body.
