On my journey to find fitness options in my new hometown, I stumble upon PureBarre, right in the heart of Cornerstone Square. Loved the welcoming staff, the relaxed atmosphere, the encouragement and assurance that progress will follow with patience and perseverance. I took a trial class and loved it so much I signed up for 3 months! The team that works there has been amazing and very helpful to ensure I have the right form. Also, I'm really liking the Barre community- everyone is so nice. Speaking to members that have gone there for 6 years and 9 years gave me confidence that it's a good decision. I've been going to PBW since they opened 7 years ago, and I have never grown tired or bored with the workout. The 50 minutes fly by and no matter what sort of day I'm having, I leave there feeling better and stronger. The instructors are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, and the ownership is incredibly responsive to the needs and concerns of the clinetele. The different ways in which the PBW team has worked to keep their clientele healthy and engaged during the pandemic truly is above and beyond. The community of women here are outstanding, and I continue to come as much for the workout as I do for the friendships that have stemmed from this place. I would encourage anyone, regardless of fitness level, to give them a try and stick with it for a month. Love Pure Barre! I've been coming here since they opened in September (I also go to the Burlington studio ... same terrific owner). The studio is very clean, the classes are very challenging but the instructors are extremely professionals. They do a great job explaining the various moves and helping to correct your form throughout the workout. Pure Barre is addictive. I started out going 2-3 times a week and now I'm disappointed if I can't make class five times a week. It's fun, enjoyable and you see great results quickly. read more

Pros: A little over a week in and I have been sore every time... in a good way. It is definitely helping me to push myself and I am excited to see how strong I can get over the next few weeks. Although the classes follow the same structure, the exercises have always been different enough that I do not feel like I have done the same thing twice. I love Pure Barre! I have taken four classes so far and it has been great. It is like nothing I have done before. I think like anything, you need to go a couple of times to understand and learn the techniques. It is definitely a good way to mix up your fitness routine. The best part of the pure barre workout is my heart rate monitor tells me I burn 400-520 calories per a class, which is 55 minutes. The studio itself is clean and the instructors are very welcoming. I like when they are making corrections to your posture they do not say it over the speaker, this way the whole class does not hear. The class schedule is great, I can always find a class time I need. It is a little bit pricey ($23 per class) but they do offer package deals and to me the price is worth it. While this wont be my sole form of exercise, I am definitely going to keep going! Try it out! read more

I love Pure Barre. It's probably the hardest workout I've done,but it's totally worth it. I can feel the results almost immediately, and it makes me feel stronger with every class i get through. The music is upbeat & the instructors keep you motivated so it goes by quickly. The only downside is that it's pretty expensive, but it works and it's a class I'm actually excited to go to, so I say it's worth it. read more

first class today was a little disappointing . Very little direction on what the exercises were or how to do them i spent most of the 55 mins sitting there totally confused. Not overly welcoming either. I'm going to give it another try with a different instructor to see is if improves and I can figure out what I'm surprised to be doing. read more

I LOVE Pure Barre! These classes are so amazing and only 55 minutes so they fly by! The teachers are all great and the music is awesome. I'm surprised to see a couple of negative reviews - I've been going to Pure Barre for 4 months (3-4 times per week) and the teachers really help you when you 1st start. Kait initially told me in takes 3 classes to sort of understand the movements, which is definitely true. Once you go about 5 times, you develop a rhythm and don't have to watch the instructors as much. Kait and Becky are both amazing teachers so if you're new, be sure to check out their classes! Over the past 4 months I have lost 10 lbs. It amazing how this class tones and lengthens your muscles. I bounce around to multiple studios and depending on my schedule so I really appreciate that all studios offer many class times. You have to try it, you will be addicted! read more

Pure Barre Westford is my FAVORITE workout! I never used to work out before and tried one barre class with a friend, and I loved it so much that I purchased a membership. All of the instructors are great and there is always a variety of workouts in the classes. I am always sore after so I know its working! If you are struggling to get back into a workout routine I highly recommend giving Pure Barre a try. The instructors are super motivating and I actually enjoy going to class! read more

Positives about this place are it's new, clean, and attractive. It's a nice space for sure. However, I'm extremely disappointed in the classes. The instructors do not get very involved. It's hard to figure out all the moves and keep up when nothing is being demonstrated for you. It would be MUCH easier if you could go once or twice and work in a smaller group and really get everything down pat. Then take it to the next level. It's too expensive to go and be that confused!! I truly think these classes could get me into shape but need some guidance! read more

I just started really working out again for the first time in years since having my kids and working full-time. This is a perfect way to get back into it. I love the barre classes. They are very challenging but I feel you are able to modify and build yourself up. Since starting I am feeling stronger and signing up for the classes really motivates me to get up and out the door. I am working muscles that I never normally would and a low impact is great on my joints. The music is upbeat, teachers are great. I was looking for a class to join that would motivate me, challenge me and give me noticeable results relatively quickly. I just started a couple weeks ago and after not working out for a long time I already feel stronger. It is probably one of the hardest workouts I have ever done but it goes by quickly, the instructors are motivating and helpful and every instructor changes things up just enough to keep it interesting. It is also seems great for all ages as I am in my 50's but find that women in their 20's working out next to me are finding it challenging as well. Pure Barre is possibly the toughest hour-long workout there is, but stick with it! Results are quick and noticeable. Pure Barre Westford is a clean, comfortable, friendly studio where the equipment is always in good condition. The staff are so helpful and highly motivating during class.
