Update: went twice since it opened back up. The foam was thick when I first went. Went back the second time and foam was washing right off the car. Water pressure is very strong. I suggest using 2 hands when using pressure washer. This car wash uses foam and high pressure water to clean the car without using brush. Worker saids its new way of cleaning using special soap. It's basically touch free car wash you see at gas stations. Car will be 80% clean from foam activation and high pressure water. If you're going to towel dry your car afterwards, I suggest lightly drying car without any pressure if you don't want to scratch your car from left over debris. I saw videos of new car wash that opened in the area and was excited to try it out. I went out of the way to get a car wash on Thursday at 6pm but it was closed. All of the lights were turned off and entrance was closed off with cones. I will update review when or if they open. Owner, please update if you will reopen and when. read more

I love self serve car washes I was excited when this opened but wow what an expensive car wash!! I spent 10 bucks and basically got 5 minutes of water and soap. And if it's more than that I think the timer is off bc I spent 10 dollars and wasn't enough time to wash the car. The timer must be running super fast but I would say it's not worth a repeat visit for me. It's a ripoff and close enough to costing 15 to 20 bucks for a reasonable wash and you may as well go get a hand wash for a few bucks more. Not a fan. read more

I pulled in at dusk and the place has no lights whatsoever. I ended up having to wash my motorcycle in the dark. Only two bays were open, the other bays were occupied by cars that were covered up. This place takes cash only, and it's expensive! I got about 4 minutes of washing for $10. At least it was only a motorcycle. The bike came out really nice when I was done, but again very expensive. Will never go back. The place seems shady and it seems like a front business for something. read more

Bring plenty of cash, since they stopped letting their fancy touch-screens take credit or debit cards. Their ATM charges $3 and dispenses $20's. The touch-screens don't give change for a wash that easily costs more than $10. So, the Amenities portion of this profile needs to be corrected, at least as far as the car wash side is concerned. They also supposedly do detailing, not that I'd trust them with that, either. The exterior wash at the Waterway three minutes away is a better deal and less work. And if you aren't happy with the result there, they'll send you through again. Their re-do of this property is a swing and a miss. read more

This place is a complete rip off and charged me $20 to use all services and the car is still dirty with streaks all over it from dirty water that is not recycled. If I could give this place a negative rating below zero I would. Quality overalls, complete lack and bullshit. Water again, as I stated is dirty left streaks on the car and no drying machine afterwards. I would love a refund of $20 in a manager to call me and tell me why you think that you were able to open up a car wash without any certainty of being ready. I spoke to an employee and it was told that the place was supposed to open January 14. It's now February 1 and it's still has no Apple card usage at all along with no ability to use a credit card or scan your phone and no dryer. read more

I tried washing my car here 5 days ago. Half of the bays were closed. All the bays had a handwritten sign saying cash only when you can clearly see the machines can take credit cards. So all out of order on a car wash business that just opened a month ago? I put a $5 Bill in, and it took my cash, and then I tried pressing the various wash services like foam soap, rinse, etc. None of them worked and the countdown started from 2 minutes, and nothing came out of the spray gun. This car wash is a scam, and really weird that they flaunt really nice cars locked in a class room. I called the phone number listed and left a voicemail, and never received a call back. Lastly, there is a huge pile of garbage right in the back, photos posted. Don't go here, this is a scam to take your cash since they don't have the credit card machines working. read more

First off who in 2024 does not accept credit cards but cash only. Seems sketchy to say the least. Second, when inserting cash, it wont start right away, then after a minute it will start and will only have the remaining minute left, so it's a rip off. Not enough time in between either. No help from staff. You might as well not even call the number listed because no one will answer. I really feel sorry for the owner because this clearly will not last long. read more

Avoid this place! It cost me $12 to wash a medium sized car. The timer is definitely rigged in their favor to give the customer very little wash for maximum cash. I left with suds still visible at various points around the car. Why not just spend $8 to $10 to go to a drive through wash without feeling the anxiety of running out of time at this one? Absolutely horrible self wash. First off there isn't a brush. I have never seen a self wash without a brush. In its place is a foam gun. It doesn't do the job. It's also cash only despite using fancy touch screens. Finally it is expensive. I spent $8 to self wash my car and it's still not clean. Definitely will never return. read more

It's a great concept but poorly executed . At the moment it accepts cash only . So from a business point it's awesome as you don't have to Declare any income . It is very expensive . Not enough time To Do what you need to Do. It kind of runs on a timer . 2 minutes to spray etc. The water jet is powerful and plenty of soap but it will Cost you $20 minimum . Seriously bad. They had my car to detail for 8 hours. No one EVER answers a phone here. I finally just went back and said I need my car. They informed me they couldn't get it cleaned on the outside??? No one called me. Still, they were asking for $340.00. I planned on putting it on my CC for the points. They said they are waiting for a CC machine so I had to Zelle money??? What? Then they never gave me a receipt. They said they would email to me in 20 minutes. I have been calling for 5 days....no phone contact. I have to physically go over there again. This has been horrific. read more

I tried washing my car here on 4/7/24. I tried reading the instructions and they weren't clear. I initially put $4 into the cash slot and nothing happened, A few minutes later the time expired. I put in an additional $2 and again nothing happened. Another patron noticed my frustration and he began punching buttons and got it started. I had less than one minute left. I took out my last $5 from my wallet and it finally worked. After soaping the car, I had about one minute to rinse, which was insufficient. I called the number on the display and received no answer. I complained to the BBB and they replied saying the company did not respond. This place is a complete rip-off and the company doesn't even care. I would like a refund of the $11 that I spent for nothing. Waste of time. read more
