I followed up multiple times over several days requesting a reasonable partial refund. My messages were read and ignored. For that price, I expected my car to come out fully clean--even starting from a dirtier condition--but it still had noticeable dirt and spots left behind. For something labeled as a basic wash, I understand it's not going to be perfect, but it should at least deliver a solid, clean result. That just wasn't the case here. I also can't help but compare it to the old car wash I used to go to that was only $6--it actually did a better job overall. It's frustrating to pay more and feel like you're getting less. With that being said, I probably won't be coming here very often. Very disappointed.
