Miracle Cleaning was by far the best priced out of other companies charging at least double (contacted 4), so I was willing to overlook a few things which others may consider issues: 1) when scheduling an appointment, understand that it is meant to be a window of time. Even though we were the first appointment, they arrived 50 minutes after the start time but completed it within that window of time. Just be ready to wait around 1-2 hours prior or after your scheduled appointment. I spoke to someone there who explained all that to me after our initial appointment had to be cancelled because the tech left the premises after he arrived almost 2 hours early. I was willing to try again, because they acknowledged the situation and communicated with me via text/phone. 2) if your front door is really far from the location of cleaning, you'll want to make sure with them that their hoses will reach; luckily our office had a back door (again, didn't realize it would be an issue until they showed up). Knowing all these nuances now, we would definitely use them again!

They are extremely professional, trustworthy, reliable, and have been flexible on the rare occasion when we need to change a random cleaning schedule date.
