I called this office and receptionist made a big deal about verification of insurance and even asked for SS# on the phone, when as I had provided all the info from dental insurance card. We had 9:30 appointment, at 9:45 a female employee started cleaning and completed cleaning at 9.52; I was sitting and watching and realized that she was perhaps minimum wage employee on training and she told that there is no Fluoride in the stock. I strongly advise to stay away from Vivid Dental - I was stunned when she told us that you're done. This was my worst dental cleaning experience ever in last 30+ years.
