If you say no, he accepts no. He's done some maintenance on our condenser, fixed a furnace motor issue, replaced our condenser, and replaced copper wire. He's a one man show, so he's able to keep overhead in check. He's also super flexible, usually available at a moment's notice even during the busy seasons. He recently replaced low voltage copper wires that rats chewed through, and I think it was a bit much (about 1.5-2x the average based on what I read), but I also don't follow copper supply/demand, and he's kept other prices in check, so I'm sure it was fair. Highly recommend James.
