He repaired it, but unfortunately the AC stopped working again the next day. I called him right away, and he came out immediately, stayed until it was fully fixed, and made sure everything worked properly before he left. Jacob was punctual, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. His work ethic was excellent. I havent used my central heater since last winter and when I turned on few days ago, it started, but shut down few minutes later without blowing hot air from vents. I have tried on and off and even replaced filter, but none of them fixed it. I called them today and Jacob showed up this afternoon to fix the issue.
