We recently moved into a condo and had to buy our first washer and dryer. While I was hooking up the dryer I happened to look in the duct and saw that it had a lot of lint in it. There was about 1" just sitting on the bottom inside of the duct. I tried to clean it myself, filling up my shop vac twice with lint in the process. I (wrongfully) assumed I got it sorted out. I ran a test load per the instructions that came with our new washer and dryer only for it to throw an error stating a 80% flow blockage. I knew it was right as the clothes were still a little damp after the drying cycle. I requested a bunch of quotes from numerous companies and Nuflo had the best price and the best customer service. Our newer dryer presented us with an error code that ended up being a ventilation related issue so we called our HOA who recommended Nuflo for vent cleaning (it's part of their annual fire prevention notices). Nuflo came out immediately and snaked then vacuumed our dryer vent which ran more than 12ft, sure enough there was about 50gallons of debris blocking up our dryer vent. At the end of the service the tech moved the dryer back its location nd cleaned his work area and ran the dryer to ensure the code disappeared.
