The customer service is terrible. They never call you back and when you call you are on hold for…read moresometimes an hour or more. I will be leaving a review on here every day until I get a phone call back. This is HORRIBLE.

Very disappointing experience, and it hasn't even been 48 hours since I had my "LEAF WHOLE HOME…read moreWATER TREATMENT SOLUTION" installed. After the sales presentation the day prior I was told the installer would arrive the next day sometime in the afternoon and that he would give me a call when he was on his way if requested...which I did. He arrived shortly after 12:00 noon with no call saying he was on his way. He told me NO ONE TOLD HIM TO GIVE ME A CALL prior to arrival. He then proceeded with the installation, finishing around 3PM. When he finished he handed me the owner's manual and some other paperwork, said "you're all set" and left after I gave him a check for the full amount. House water wasn't used for anything the rest of that day, but the next morning there was NO HOT WATER as well as extremely LOW WATER PRESURE throughout the house. I tried to call LEAF customer service, but found that the actual LEAF location where the unit was installed from has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE available, and no phone contact information. Customers must call a 1-888 number to corporate headquarters in Hudson, Ohio to contact the local office to dispatch service. They told me someone would be in contact SHORTLY. I had to do this twice and finally at 1:37 I received a voice mail instructing me how to reconnect the water supply (Move a valve) to the water heater, as the installer failed (forgot) to do this after installation. This morning when hot water was drawn for the first time it was a brown color. I again tried to contact the service scheduler who informed me that this was "normal" since the water heater probably was full of "scale" and the newer soft water was removing this into the hot water, and that I needed to hire a plumber to come out and "flush" the water heater. I asked her why...if this is "NORMAL"... wouldn't you flush the water heater at the time of installation ... NORMALLY...ROUTINELY...as PART of the installation? If it was "NORMAL" to need the water heater to be flushed, why wouldn't someone (the installer, or the salesman) have at least MENTIONED this, instead of just "your'e all set"? No...I'm NOT! After telling me that this is pretty normal, she texted me that "We can't anticipate when it (descaling) will occur, and it is not part of our installation process". I thought it was "normal"? Now, I need to find a plumber, schedule a service call, and spend another $200.00 or so to be able to actually USE my nearly $4000.00 system! THIS IS CRAP...I suspect I'll never hear from this company again, and at this time I have no idea whether the system even works. I doubt if much of what the salesman told me is true.

We put a little bucket under the drain and noticed a couple of days later there was water in it, so we called again and explained what the problem was and hadn't been fixed. Ken Cox came the second time and put some putty around it and replaced a washer. This was all covered by our 89 dollar service call. Every time they came they were pushing their service insurance, We had to call a third time because it was still leaking. Ken Cox came back and told us it was shot and needed $360 new pipe and once again the service insurance push. We haven't needed a plumber for years and Marty said "they fix it right the first time", but we still didn't buy the contract and paid full price because I don't think we will be using them again. They are nice, clean technicians but not sure about quality work. Not sure if we paid a second service call but can't tell by receipt and hate waiting for techs to keep coming back.

Called got an appointment for the next day, in the meantime my husband ran a small put to get it some of it down. They were on time very polite explained we needed to have our main drain cleaned. Did an excellent job , explained everything . They even showed my husband the camera and what it showed caused some of the problem. I would definitely recommend using them. Nick Meyers was super!!
