I saw that they had offered abdominal massages so I booked a 60 min time slot on a Saturday morning. I had felt bloated for a week so I figured I would try this since the person I see for abdominal visceral massages was booked a month out. I was welcomed in and was take to a room for the massage. The place has nice aesthetics. I was told that the first half hour would focus on my back and then the abdominal for the second half. A gentleman did the back massage (he used a lot of his forearm and elbows). Then a woman came in to do the abdominal massage. At one point the woman stopped and told me that I still had 10 more minutes for my massage and she recommended that they will finish off the massage with the foot massage to help by using reflexology. There was no pain with the abdominal massage. It actually helped me be less bloated. I would definitely return for another abdominal massage.

I left without a massage and without a refund. I hope they improve their policies and clearly explain any redemption restrictions before telling customers to purchase through Groupon.

Tiglat was listed as a Spafinder provider on their website. He has steadfastly refused to honor the…read moreredemption of Spafinder certificates. When I called him 4 weeks ago for an appointment he boldly stated, " the redemptions are too high". He refused to honor the business relationship signed up and agreed to honor with Spafinder. He made the scapegoat of his business decision and lack of integrity. I protested, he relented a bit and offered to call me (if he had a cancellation). I have not received a call in 4 weeks. Imagine the gall to offer me a cancellation only. Then never call! I then went to Spafinder to report the rogue provider. Here is their response, verbatim: "Subject: New Customer Service Inquiry from Customer Service Inquiries We have resolved your Case CS5084449. Please see the comments for your resolution. Resolution Notes: Hello Rick, Thank you for reaching out to Spafinder Support! First of all, we are sorry for any trouble this matter may have caused you and upon research for the spa in question, the spa is active with us, and we hope it has been only a misunderstanding with them, we have reach them to reinforce our gift card redemption process and also to share them our business contact number." I advised Spafinder there was no misunderstanding and a subsequent July 29th email to Tiglat after they supposedly resolved the "misunderstanding" went unanswered to date. By now I understood integrity and a sense of fairness was never forthcoming from Healing Ki massage. Here is the current situation and it is also verbatim from Spafinder: "Case Resolved Subject: New Customer Service Inquiry from Customer Service Inquiries We have resolved your Case CS5084449.
