I found it odd that my appointment was at 9:00AM but the door says they don't open until 9:30AM. Someone finally walked out from the back and she looked at me like I shouldn't be there. She spoke very little English. Four more ladies came in and they were clearly talking about me while looking at me. One of the women called a man on the phone. I finally told them it was clear I was inconveniencing them and just wanted my $92.50 deposit back. No one spoke English well enough to understand me. Apparently the man on the phone was the manager and they kept trying to hand me the phone. I finally took it on speaker and he asked what I was there for, I told him I had an appointment but at this point just wanted my money back. He told me the women would take me back and I firmly declined. They were all staring at me like I was disturbing them. The manager asked my name and said he would refund me. Who knows if I will get my money back. It was so awkward there was no way I was going to proceed with the massage. Never again.

She was aggressive, rushed and varied between slow and thoughtful and frenzied. She was massaging my scalp and quite literally pulling the hair out and i had to ask her to stop. How do you fuck up a head massage? I really don't understand how they have so many positive reviews. Maybe i'm missing out on the best therapist. Unfortunately, i won't be back.
