Everything needs improvement…read more Let me start by saying that I installed Yelp, only because I needed to leave a review for their service - if you can even call it that. We scheduled a deep cleaning service for a house before we moved in. I am going to state that I was sleep deprived and tired that day beyond words and had two young kids in tow to take care of, for the whole 8 hours that their cleaning service was scheduled for. So I did not check or verify the work that was said to be done. They sent one person who wasn't comfortable with English, making communication really difficult. She took 8 hours to basically do nothing. The house was empty. She sprayed a harsh cleaning chemical around the kitchen and refrigerator. It was so bad that it was hard to be in the vicinity and actually observe or supervise what was happening. The work was slow for the first half of the day. About four hours in the kitchen - which wasn't even completed. Found more spaces that needed cleaning after she was 'done'. Somehow three bedrooms, living room, sitting room, dining room - all took less than an hour. The reason for this was that nothing was actually done anywhere. After moving in, every surface I have touched is still dirty. There are webs around the windows she cleaned. The knobs on all kitchen cabinets are greasy. There were big food stains still left in the refrigerator. They were extremely prompt in collecting the payment. But the work was barely superficial. Please DO NOT waste your time and money on their service. They do not deserve a single star on the review.

I came home in the middle of the last cleaning and found one of the ladies loading the dishwasher (which was a first, usually they hand wash) and when I came home it was broken. Apparently she put hand soap in the dishwasher. I contacted the manager and she very rudely said she never touched my dishwasher. Which was obviously a lie. I patiently explained I clearly saw her. I wouldn't mind if she would've just been honest but I can't trust someone in my home, especially unattended that would boldly lie about something so simple. She got rude with me until I told her this isn't how good business is done and that I'll be sure to leave a review to warn others. And the cleanings are okay, nothing to write home about. They do the bare minimum. Almost every time they are late, so I've gradually learned to give them a "window" for arrival. It's frustrating, I've gotten plenty of excuses. Same as the others below "the crew is lost" I am so frustrated that I've tolerated this mediocre service this long. They also send different ladies each cleaning. I've had much better cleanings in the area and this was just the final push to switch over to another company.

She dusted the lightbulbs, cleaned and re-organized the fridge, wiped down all the shampoo bottles, and generally made the place look like a freaking five star hotel. It does not take you to Yelp. Why ? Yelp has many unbiased reviews and their rating is aleeady too low to be easily engineered. To Maxine, admit you were trying to bias the feedback towards positive, show some desire to improve by doing, not talking. e.g. promise to change the feedback email template, stop setting low cave men standards. Otherwise, I challenge you to produce another weak response. Everytime you do, i will add more facts to crush your false claims. Incompetent businesses in this village need to be taught a serious lesson. I will start with you via this review. (2) Cave men mentality: the scheduling team keep repeating how many years they have had a 4 hr arrival window even though i told them that is not good enough.
