The office was busy but I didn't feel like it was an unreasonable amount of wait time. The staff was friendly and I was grateful they were able to find me an apt time which didn't conflict with my work schedule. When it was my turn, Amy took her time answering my many questions, some not directly related to my visit. She had some new solutions and ideas for some ongoing skin problems. I wasn't charged for the spot removal but for the office visit which consisted of the removal of spots, nothing more.
