She told me give it a chance and didn't offer a refund of any kind. I tried it make the best of it but got the extensions removed three days later. She was even going to charge me to remove them. She should have been honest from the beginning that there was no way for her to blend my extensions.

They also claimed that you can send your Topper in after a year year and a half give or take to be refreshed, that has become an issue and the stylist I've been working with said is not worth the trouble. Just buy a new one so the difference between 1500/2500! Well that's kind of a problem as they sold you on you can get it refreshed and now it's throw it in the trash and buy new.$2500-$4000! My first Topper several years ago was wonderful absolutely no problems since then the quality has gone to heck in a handbasket. It's nowhere as heavy. They will deny this.
