I told the woman on the phone that all of my kids were out of state and they couldn't come to cancel in person. She said that is the policy. I said that they stopped using it on Aug 2nd, but they charged me again on Aug 15th. I asked for the manager's email to email my cancellation. This was ignored. I sent another email which was ignored. We had to cancel the card that was setup to pay because they still have our account listed as active and we will not let them steal our money again.

I do feel like they haven't updated the gym much since they opened. Most of the original machines are there and beginning to show wear and tear. The men's sauna consistently has one of the burners out, leaving it not as hot. Also the tile in the sauna is turning black from the amount of sweat and filth in there. Staff is very kind and helpful, common areas are very clean. The pools are great and the outdoor spaces during the warmer months are a gift. The classes are always filled up and the gym is pretty crowded. I would like to see them add on to the gym to make more space as more and more people are joining. Fees are going up but I don't see amenities increasing with the price. Overall I love this place and am thankful for the space to unwind and decompress daily.
