Long story: Absolutely pathetic experience with Ricky Simm's cleaning service. Scheduled a cleaning service for 10:30 AM and the cleaner shows up at 11:15 AM because he wanted to grab a bite at Burger King. Asked him a couple of questions about additional rates, guy goes out to talk to his boss and takes off to the next job without telling me. Called the boss and the boss starts yelling at me for asking additional questions to the cleaner and claims that the cleaner was waiting at the door for half an hour. Finally calms down enough to hear me out and then accepts that his cleaner is at fault for lying to the both of us, and then promises to send the cleaners again at 5 PM. 5 PM became 6 and then 7 and finally at 8:30, he stops responding to my calls and cuts my calls off. Wasted an entire day because of these unprofessional folks. I have gotten my place cleaned by several cleaners in the past but never had such a poor experience as I have had with Ricky Simm's. I highly recommend you to look elsewhere instead of wasting your time and energy with these folks.
