My fiancé got the iced sweet cream latte and absolutely loved it! smooth, perfectly balanced sweetness, and the espresso was top-notch. I went with the iced Americano topped with banana cold foam, and wow, it was a game changer! The banana foam was creamy, flavorful, and not overly sweet, pairing beautifully with the bold espresso. Both drinks were prepared and refreshed us instantly. The only minor downside is parking, which can be a bit tricky, but the location is clearly thriving with tons of foot traffic and business out front, so it's totally understandable. I visited Inc Coffee Roasters around 12:30 pm on a Monday and luckily snagged a parking spot right in front as someone was leaving. Parking is somewhat limited, but once inside, there was plenty of seating and lots of natural light. It wasn't very busy when I visited, so I was able to order and receive everything pretty quickly. I ordered the Breakfast Sliders and Einspanner Matcha. If you're coming here hoping for a Community Goods alternative, I don't think it quite lives up to that comparison. The Einspanner Matcha was very milk and cream-forward. Even in the photo, you can see that most of the drink is milk and cream with a relatively small layer of matcha in between. It's unfortunate because the matcha itself actually had a good flavor, and I think a stronger ratio of matcha to milk and cream would have made the drink much better. The Breakfast Sliders had good flavor as well, but the buns were toasted far too much during my visit. The edges were so crispy that they practically fell apart as I ate them. The idea is definitely there, but I would have preferred a much softer and fluffier bun, especially for this style of breakfast slider. Community Goods is a pretty high standard for me, so I don't necessarily expect another cafe to replicate it. Even judging Inc Coffee Roasters on its own, though, neither item was particularly memorable for me. It's not a bad option if you're already in the area and want a quick drink or bite, but there are a few things I think could be improved before I'd go out of my way to come back. read more

At first, I did experience a mix up with my drink being thrown away, but the service recovery was handled well, and I appreciated the remake of my drink. As for taste, their sweet cream matcha is more on the milky side, just FYI. I tried my friend's strawberry matcha and I'd recommend this over the cream latte. I felt the most productive in this cafe and there was lots of seating around!
