    Palestinian merch! 10/10

Stumbled upon this coffee shop on my route to work and I will be stopping her every time now! This Arab owned coffee shop has great quality coffee with delicious flavor profiles and lots of house made syrups. They flavor combinations are delicious and the pastries are yummy. Friendly staff and lots of space to do work. The parking sucks but it's worth it.

I ordered the white miso latte. Nice space and they have a small food and pastry menu too. It's connected to an apartment complex and there is some dedicated parking spaces. Please come and create your own adventure.

Parking was a little hard to find, overall the inside looked great for studying (but may be uncomfortable for long periods of time). They welcome dogs! My girl and I sat outside while we waited for our coffee and food. Einspanner was 10/10, one of the best einspanners i've had. The sliders were also so good and filling. I had to save half of it. My dog enjoyed the sliders as well

IN LOVE with this cafe. Went a few days ago and have been thinking about it ever since. I got the Strawberry Matcha and Banana Bread Latte -- both were delicious. The matcha was great and felt like it was good quality, while the banana bread flavor in the latte drink didn't taste super artificial (usually I dislike banana-flavored drinks because of that). It was also around $14 all together. The service was nice and quick. They were willing to answer any questions or give any recommendations. I went on a Saturday morning and it wasn't busy at all, so there were many tables to sit at and no line. Very quiet morning!

Wow! So glad I don't live at the apartment complex here... because I would spend allll of my money here It's such a cute place - I could imagine getting some work done here, as it's bright and tons of seating. There doesn't seem to be any gluten free items here - So i can't say much for the food but there were plenty of pastries and light breakfast items. The INC matcha was great (strong matcha flavor!) and the coffee (can't remember which one...) but this latte i got half sweetened and it was perfect. Would totally come back again! Ps also saw a dog having a pup cup and was bummed I left my pup in the car to grab my drinks!! Haha

INC is one of my top 3 coffee spots in OC. What I love about them is that they have good flavors and are still coffee forward. Like their summer menu - ube tastes like real ube and the coffee flavor is still strong. You're not just drinking milk and sugar. Thank you !!

The vibe and aesthetic was on point but sadly the drink was not. Sweet crème cold brew $6.75 - the coffee was really sour and the crème could not save it. The cashier was so friendly and recommended this drink so I was not brave enough to ask for a remake. :(

INC Coffee Roasters is a secluded cafe in the area, as the parking lot offers a limited amount of paid parking. There is lots of variety to choose from on the menu, including food. It makes a great spot for those seeking to lounge, get work done, and eat. Their name is short for "inclusion," with their message to create meaningful employment to all types of individuals. At first, I did experience a mix up with my drink being thrown away, but the service recovery was handled well, and I appreciated the remake of my drink. As for taste, their sweet cream matcha is more on the milky side, just FYI. I tried my friend's strawberry matcha and I'd recommend this over the cream latte. I felt the most productive in this cafe and there was lots of seating around! You do have to consider the pros and cons of coming here, if you choose to come, do come early for parking and pay as it is under residential buildings. Given that, this would be my one and only time since I was in the area and came across this one from another coffee shop.

A good coffee shop with a solid theme and decor! The seats are soft, and the layout is clear. I think it would be a nice place to chill out if you're in the area/don't need to worry about parking time! The coffee here is solid, with thought put into its presentation! It was a on the pricier side for tea and coffee, though.

What an awesome shop! It was a really peaceful space with an incredibly diverse and tempting drink menu. You can tell that whoever curates their beverages takes a lot of consideration into adding flavor, texture, and complexity into their signature and seasonal drinks. I tried the sensory latte, iced. It was hands down one of the best lattes I have ever had. Definitely worth the cost, and especially worth the cause! Service was quick, low-key, and friendly. Parking is limited but you might luck out and nab a 15min spot immediately outside the shop if you're just stopping in. Cheers!

Matcha latte and white miso latte

Needed an afternoon pick me up and matcha has been my must these days. We got the matcha to go as it was a pit stop to another event or else I would have probably told the staff how poor the matcha was and asked to remake is possible. I got the matcha latte, not sweetened and then sub for oat milk (extra $1). Unfortunately it was disappointing. The matcha wasn't whisked well enough and you can even see in the photo the little matcha clumps in the cup and starting to fall to the bottom. For $7.75 and then needed to swap for oat + tax, a nearly $9 unflavored matcha was a downer. My partner got the miso white latte and said was decent. It was a slightly savory which was nice. Wish the coffee was a bit stronger. But this drink was the saving grace to 3 stars.

Decided to get a drink after getting lunch with my cousins! I've been wanting to try this place and decided to walk here. I got the strawberry matcha. The drink was not too sweet but a bit sour for my liking. I like my drinks more sweeter. Also I opted for oat milk instead and the drink was a bit watery. I wish I wasn't too full for their food but this just gives me a reason to come back. I hope to try their other matcha drinks next time.

Found under an apartment complex is INC! I love coming here and trying their seasonal drinks! I most recently tried their Cinnamon Toast Crunch Matcha and it was delightful!!! The matcha flavor was prominent and weirdly complemented the cinnamon from the cereal. This combination reminded me of the Cocoa Puff Coffee from DL (iykyk) and I loved it. The inside has some tables for working, but the parking situation can get difficult once busy because there's only a handful of retail parking in front of the cafe. I can't wait for the release of the next seasonal drinks!

Was just reminded about it after going to Gremlin Garage in Costa Mesa, which also operates out of a converted mechanics garage. Menu has changed a bit since I last tried this place so I don't know if any of the items I tried in the past would still hold but I remember trying its New Orleans Cold Brew, which was quite good. On today's visit I just got some caffeine free drinks for my kids - Grapefruit Ade and Yuja Frost. Grapefruit Ade was very refreshing. YuJa Frost is a blended drink made with Korean yuja, ginger, and honey. I would personally prefer to have this drink non-blended but the flavor was still very good. One thing that hasn't changed about this place is its great customer service. Everyone has been friendly on all my visits, and this place is kid friendly, which is a big plus for me. It still offers free snacks to kids. There's even a box with big chalks by the entrance for kids to draw and write on the ground. Current menu looks even better than when I was last here so will probably stop by more frequently. I also love the garage vibe.

The atmosphere is modern and sleek. I ordered the earl grey matcha, one of their spring specials. My sister got the sweet corn latte. Understandably, due to the crowd, there was a bit of a wait. When they finally called my name, I only received the earl grey matcha. I figured they were still working on the sweet corn latte and decided to try my drink first. To be honest, it was nasty. I did not like this drink. I think it's the earl grey syrup. It tasted very artificial and had an unpleasant aftertaste. 20 minutes passed with no sign of the sweet corn latte. Eventually, I went to check in with the staff about our missing drink, and they just made it on the spot. I was especially irritated because the staff was making small talk with customers that seemed to be their friends. I don't think that sort of lollygagging is appropriate when there are customers such as myself who were missing drinks from their orders. Perhaps if the staff stayed focus on their jobs during their shifts instead of chit chatting with customers, they would not be forgetting drinks from orders. The sweet corn latte was ok. I did like how there were specks of ground corn in the drink, which made it seem like they used real corn instead of artificial flavoring. I would maybe give Brew Story another shot as people seem to stand by it, but my first experience was not very good at all.

The plaza has plenty of parking and houses a few other ethnic restaurants and spas, so it's very easy to get to during a Disneyland trip. Inside, there are tons of stuff from the Levant, spices, halal gummies, imported chocolates, homemade Dubai chocolate, and a huge selection of Turkish delights and roasted nuts made by them. They also have a wide variety of baklava and fresh knafeh right there ready to cut, which is a sweet cheese dessert with a fun kataifi crunch. The gentleman who helped me was very kind, though there was a slight language barrier. He let me try a bunch of nuts when I inquired - and I sort of had to, since several varieties were unlabeled, or just had a sign for what they were, or what the flavor was, but not vice versa. The nuts were good and seemed like a good and healthy snack to bring into a theme park or to have at home. I thought the flavors I tried were hard to distinguish from another after a while, and subtle. I had the fresh Dubai chocolate and thought it was pretty nice, distinctly bitter, nutty, moist, with tons of fresh kataifi crunch. You do have to keep it refrigerated though, as I assume it's made with ingredients that wouldn't hold well together at room temperature - typically a better sign in terms of paleo diets if you've ever made paleo chocolates for yourself. It's a bit atypical from other Dubai chocolate as the filling quantity here is uniquely generous. It's very rare to see a cute, almost timeless shop like this, containing lots of traditional and authentic goods. Would enjoy revisiting to try their coffee and the nearby food.

The location has plenty of parking and plenty of seating. There is an outdoor patio, and inside there is a first floor seating area, and a second floor seating area. The interior had high ceilings and modern practical decor. Staff will take your order at the cashier, but they also have a kiosk if you want to avoid human interaction. I was here for a few hours, so I started off with a hot beverage since I saw that they have mug service. I had the hot Churro Latte ($8.15/large) and I was warned it's a bit sweet so staff suggested that I get it less sweet. I appreciated the gesture but maybe that's why I didn't taste too much of the churro flavor. It tasted like a good regular latte but maybe they held back on the caramel and cinnamon to the point I couldn't detect it. Seating is first come first serve. It was actually really busy and difficult to find an ideal spot. Since I was alone I sat at a high top ledge, strategically near an outlet. From what I saw, they had a really good amount of outlets in the indoor seating area. Later on I went back and ordered an iced Blueberry Lavender Matcha with Cold Foam ($9.25/large) and a Deluxe Avocado Toast ($15) which comes with egg, bacon, and herb oil. I like that this location serves the avocado toast with a knife and fork cause it was much needed. It was a bit on the wet side. Maybe I should ask for light herb oil next time. For how much this avocado toast cost, I would have liked more avocado. The avocado was more of a spread, not whole slices of avocado. Still good, just an observation. The blueberry lavender matcha was okay. I could taste the lavender but it was overpowering the matcha and the blueberry was hard to detect at all. Honestly the location and plentiful seatings is what stood out most from this experience. I would consider coming back since I know their products are good from trying their other locations but I wouldn't get the drinks I ordered this time. For how expensive coming here was, I wish I was a little more satisfied.
