Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I am rebuilding a 20 year old Reverse Osmosis system that was originally sold by a local, but now out of business Company. Emily, in customer service, spent 20 minutes helping figure out the correct in-line flow restrictor and membrane size.I never knew that the restrictors are sized in milliliters per minute (ml/m) but the membranes are sized in gallons per day (GPD). In this day of foreign call centers, long wait times and automated robo response customer service, it is a pleasure to know that "Good Ol' fashion" customer service, with live, knowledgeable and friendly "real" people, still exists. I dropped in , got my bottles filled quickly with reverse osmosis water quickly & efficiently for about $0.30/gallon. April, 2020 Last year I installed an under the sink RO unit for my daughter (from Home Depot). This year I purchased a Black and White 50/50 4 stage RO unit from Pure Water LLC. (installed on by refrigerators water dispenser) #1) I was able to custom build the four stage unit and not have to purchase the faucet which I didn't need. #2) Pure Water LLC's Black and White RO assembly was far superior in quality. #3) The company was very knowledgeable and happy to spend the time to answer any question no matter how small. #4) Product was received very well packaged. I ordered a counter top RO water filter system a couple years ago. After much online research it was the best option by far and a great price. Before ordering I talked with the company and they swapped out some of the filters on my unit to meet my preferences at no additional cost! I recently ran some really hot water through the unit by mistake and contacted the company to see if the damage the unit. They were more than helpful with all my questions and helped me replace just the couple parts that may have been damaged. I have recommended this company to many friends and will continue to do so. Opportunity -- We live in the country and a well is our fresh water source...Since moving in 6 years ago, we have experienced a 'rotten egg' [sulfur] smell coming from the hot water tank on the guest side of the house...We were not experiencing the issue on the kitchen/master bedroom side of the house due the day-to-day use of the hot water tank servicing that side of the house... Home Run -- Our plumber put us in touch with Gene...What a wonderful business experience...He asked a series of questions to help determine source of the issue...Was it truly a source water issue or possibly the anode in the second hot water tank...We ordered an air injection/carbon filter system to go upstream of water softener and an ultraviolet light filter for downstream of softener... I did a ton of research before going with Pure Water Products for my water filter, and I couldn't be more happy with my choice. I bought the double undersink filter, the really friendly and excellent folks who answered the customer service line helped me customize the cartridges for extra metal removal (our area has heavy metals in the water supply), and the pricing compared to all the other companies I checked was about 30% less. After installing the filter, I was able to drink about twice as much water as before because it was so much cleaner, even friends commented on how much better it tasted than before. It is rare these days to find such high quality products, at such reasonable prices, backed by truly excellent customer service . Received my countertop water filter (model 77. The King) and hooked it up in less than two minutes. In my opinion the Filtrex ChloraGuard Chloramine carbon block filter is a good choice for Los Angeles water. From the research I've done a catalytic carbon block filter is the only type the effectively removes chloramine which is what a lot of municipalities are using now in addition to chlorine. Water tastes good and the unit sits nicely on the sink ledge. I may convert to under sink later. The one call I made to the company was answered quickly and by a real person! I find this to be a quality company with quality products. read more

I decided to go with a triple undersink filter that connects to my cold water supply from the city water. It took 5 minutes to install with no alterations, only needing some teflon tape and a wrench. Gene was extremely patient and helpful, and my order was here in 3 days. Pretty impressive customer support. The best part is the water: it tastes excellent. i will never ever buy anything from this company again. i obtained an r.o. tank which i basically did not need since my previous r.o system failed completely. i contacted the company so i could return the tank to them and they told me that will not take the tank back since it was already used. the tank was never used since the problem was with the main r.o system. i ended up buying a brand new r.o. system from lowes for 146.00 and now i am stuck with two tanks in my home. i will not not recommend anyone to buy anything from this company. lowes and home depot take items back from customers if you are not going to use any of them. in my view, it is a shady way of doing business and treating customers very badly. read more
