However, in the end we needed a new unit. We went through that sales process with Lance which was painless. The next day we had the system installed. The crew installing was Ricardo and Johnny. They were amazing. Very professional, knowledgeable and quick. Full HVAC installed in about 7 hours. Seamless. The Ricardo and Johnny came back later to do some additional duct work.
