Ron Searle was great! I had a water shut off problem and he made time to come by to get our water on until final repair next week!

$93 or free! Only…read morehad excuses. Upselling began before the evaluation even started. Blamed my pipes not being up to code. I ended up ordering a drain snake/auger on Amazon for $65 and completing the job myself.

I had this company out for what should have been a straightforward shower cartridge replacement,…read moreand the whole experience left a bad taste. To start, the plumber was friendly enough, but within minutes of arriving, he pivoted straight into trying to sell me a $5,000 water softener system. I don't know when every service call turns into a retail sales pitch, but it's exhausting. I declined and asked to stick to the actual issue. From there, things got worse. Before even inspecting the cartridge or looking behind the wall, he began suggesting a much more invasive (and expensive) solution involving cutting an access panel into my bedroom wall and potentially replacing surrounding plumbing. Again, this was all before any real attempt to diagnose the problem. When I pushed back and said I just wanted the cartridge replaced, I was quoted around $500. High, but fine. Then, after about 30 seconds of trying, he claimed the faucet "wouldn't come off" and immediately went back to pushing the wall-cutting option. I decided to hold off and take a look myself after he left. The faucet was stuck, sure--but with a Dremel, I had it off in under two minutes. A quick trip to Lowe's, about $150 in parts, and an hour of work later, everything is fixed. No leaks, no wall damage, no unnecessary upsell. End result: I saved somewhere between $350 and $1,000, depending on which route they were trying to steer me toward. I don't expect miracles, but I do expect an honest attempt to fix the actual problem before jumping to the most expensive option. This felt far more like a sales call than a service call. Would not use again.

After couple of months, we got issues with well water where water started coming our muddy. I talked to King Pure who went ahead and changed filters, charged 200$. They worked for few days, and again same problem. Again, I talked to King Pure and they kept saying its due to heavy rains and changed filters again, charging me again. Again that same thing happened. This cycle of King Pure going and changing filters went on for at least two months while I was not able to rent my house since water was not coming out right and I had to refund money to guests many times. This time I talked to Ken directly and he said he will put up new filters that will cost around 800$ and that will for sure fix the problem. They went in, replaced the filters, and after two hours of that my management company told me that the water is muddy again. I immediately emailed King Pure about that. Then I got invoice for 800$ and I asked King Pure why should I pay for something that you just put out of guess and does not even work for 2 hours. I feel like this company has no idea about what is supposed to be done. They just make random guesses at the expense of customers. I then called in another water company, they came in, put a new filter system, and fixed my problem in 1 day. I am never going to use King Pure again. They costed my at least two months of rental income plus at least couple of thousand dollars I paid them for replacing filters.

0 (Zero) rating. We…read morehave been a customer with Crystal Springs twice. The first time we cancelled due to lousy customer service and went with another company - who later got bought out so we went back to Crystal Springs thru Costco. They were very good for several years. We had a great delivery driver. He left and the next one would not leave the "free" thank you items listed on our account. Then he did not deliver for 3 weeks but invoiced us as if he had delivered them on the due date. He left and we got a GREAT delivery/route driver. We notified Crystal Springs and it was "Oops - Sorry" - that's it. We stayed with them because of the pricing and we got another delivery person who was great. (As of recently - he is gone also.) HOWEVER, Crystal Springs keeps raising the prices for water and it is now DOUBLE of what it was just a few years ago, and the delivery charge is now $13.99 which is ridiculous as we are/were part of a route and only 4 1/2 miles from their distribution center. I would call and ask questions about the pricing or our delivery not showing up when it was supposed to and not being notified - got nothing but platitudes - except from ONE CSR 1 time - she was great. We realized we could get distilled and purified water elsewhere for a much much lower price and no ridiculous delivery fee. So, we cancelled our service and they were scheduled to pick up our empty water bottles today 03 05 2026. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP AND NO ONE CALLED OR EMAILED US. I called and was told the pick-up was set for 03 12 2026. I told them I had a screen print FROM THEIR WEBSITE FROM MY ACCOUNT that showed 03 05 2026 as the pick-up date. I ended up speaking also with a supervisor even though the CSR was very nice. As we only live 4 1/2 miles from the distribution center my husband said he would just take the empty bottles over there - which we were told we could. The CSR suggested we call before going over - however, neither he nor the supervisor had a telephone number that they were ALLOWED to give us and there is no telephone number listed anywhere. Finally, the supervisor said she would email the warehouse manage and have him call me about dropping the bottles off. I don't know if they just no longer want residential customers, or if they just rely on new people signing up with them because they do not know any better. This is only the 2nd yelp review I have ever written. The first was a positive review for a totally unrelated type of business.
