Lyssa gave me a perfect color and the best haircut I have ever had. She is truly a natural artist as not only did she cut my hair so well but I watched her cut a young man's hair from long to a fantastic short cut with no guidance from him. He walked away so happy as did I. I only wish I lived closer because I would be moving to her for good. Lyssa is talented and really listens to what you want. She has great ideas and suggestions for what will look good and I am so glad I found her.

Instead of showing a shred of basic human understanding, they skipped me and started with someone else like my appointment meant nothing. Meanwhile, two barbers were literally sitting around doing NOTHING. I politely asked if one of them could take me. One of them answered with the most condescending, clown-level attitude, saying they "wouldn't do that to my stylist." Give me a break. These guys act like clowns who need a crash course in customer service, professionalism, and how to build loyalty--because right now, they have NONE. And the worst part? You can literally see their ugly demeanor toward other unsatisfied customers too. It's not just me--they treat people poorly across the board. This place is a disgrace to what customer service is supposed to be. Avoid this dump. I'll happily go anywhere else. NEVER coming back.

Ashleigh did a great job on our bridal updos part of our elopement photo shoot. We have two couples…read moreand we were booking the labor day holiday, plus the location and our schedule were restricted. (Going to HSS around 9-10; quick shower; updos must start from 11 to 11:30 and finish around 1pm. Photoshoot start from st marys glacier around 4:30 and we need to make homemade bouquets and do makeups too). Aaaaaaaafter calling more than 10 salons -- Ashleigh saved us! She was responsive, easy going and professional. She brought lots of professional stuffs. She arrived on time tho she needs to drive about one hour to our motel and we didnt have any phone signal. She did two great updos to fit our dresses and shapes. Those updos last for six hours. Unlike salons, the on-site service is really helpful and the budget is more affordable compare to Chicago and SF (where we came from). Overall, Solid Choice!! Thank you, Ashleigh! The cleanliness is worse than the nails. Don't come at me, I have a hard time sticking up for myself and leaving. But I'm glad I didn't so that I could tell you my experience. The nail tech was alright, the nails aren't great for being $50 gel single color nails. I was more appalled that the instruments didn't come out of a blue bag. That's mention to show you that they were clean and sanitized. Something I've never experienced before, but really made me decide to never come back here was that the building manager came in to talk to the owner of the company about violations that they needed to fix it 20 days. I don't know what those violations are, but it made me think of the health code. I could be wrong, but that still is just not great of a conversation over hear.

I walk in and it is obviously very busy, I waited 45 minutes before they got to me. People make appointments based on availability and that should be important to the shop as well. 10/15 min delay is annoying but acceptable. There was a couple in front of me who waited even longer than me. Two other women walked out due to the over scheduling today. I'm very certain that having an appointment should trump just walking in. I'm traveling, so I'm not sure if this is a regular occurrence at this shop and I hate to review down a highly rated business. But this is a huge no go for me.
