After much research, we chose Nameless Catering for our daughter's wedding on May 7th. They are on…read moreLizton Lodge's recommended vendor list, and I had heard good things from friends. I am so glad we did! Wedding food is often so-so, but our guests gave the Savory Mexican buffet (taco & nacho bar) great reviews! We chose ground beef, chipotle chicken, and grilled BBQ shrimp, along with vegan seasoned black beans. It also included queso, cilantro-lime rice, fajita vegetables, cilantro-lime sour cream, guacamole, flour tortillas, and taco chips, along with other sauces and salsas. This menu was perfect for our vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free guests, too. We had quite a few leftovers, which we froze for easy summer meals (no leftover shrimp!!). The setup and serving team were great and kept the buffet well stocked. After booking Nameless Catering for the wedding, we decided to use them for the rehearsal dinner (also at Lizton Lodge) and chose their Signature Pasta menu. Again, this was the perfect choice. Though the per-person price seemed a bit high at first (though quite competitive), the quality and quantity of the food and the paper products made the cost worth it. I'd highly recommend Nameless Catering for your next wedding or other event.

Yikes. I went to a wedding where you guys catered. Shame on you for serving such poorly prepped and…read moreexecuted food. Luckily people are so hungry at mealtime during a reception Your pastas had the texture of canned pasta that was overcooked in the microwave. Weeks later I still cringe at the thought of your pasta. Sad. Your salad ingredients were chopped so large that you could barely fit them in your mouth . (If knives were provided, it would have helped.) Your pesto dressing was nice and the baked goods got good reviews from those who ate them. Your sauces have some hope but you need to learn a little more on catering large events and what works vs smaller events. Good luck.

They were very accomodating to our special requests- especially the risotto bar/station that we asked for. It was fabulous & delicious! They were able to work around a few minor issues at DPM where the ceremony and reception took place, and fix setup issues as best they could. I was a little disappointed that we had asked them to box up all of the leftovers, including the fruits & cheeses from the cocktail hour and the meats (chicken and beef) from dinner, but they didn't! Ashley asked me a number of questions throughout the evening, but this never came up. I wish it did, because we would have loved to have had the leftovers (especially after paying for them)! I totally forgot to ask- since I was mainly focused on my new hubby and our guests. The only other thing I was a little disappointed in was the meat preparation. The beef was very dry and not very good. Otherwise, everything else with KRC and their service was great!

When our parents were with us, our contact ( Ashley ) was quite polite and took her time. When we went back for the follow ups, we got the impression we were trespassing on her time. On the day of, our venue failed and put out the wrong tables. KRC then put our wedding cake on a folding table. I was able to cut the bride and groom piece, but when their servers went to cut the rest of the cake, they collapsed the table and our cake wound up on the floor. Ashley was then kind enough to immediately come up and say to my newly minted wife 'This wasn't our fault ... the table leg was faulty'. I wasn't really concerned with blame at that point, so much as 'where do we go from here.' Luckily I guess only part of the cake touched the floor, and they served up the rest. When we got back from the honeymoon, our folks called to get a replacement layer ( since the wife really wanted to try the expensive special flavor she ordered ) and Ashley said they'd whip one up. Never heard from them again. Two weeks after that call, I've decided "the cake is a lie" ( I didn't really care about getting it, just wanted to give them a chance to recover ) and am done with the whole affair.
