Been a customer for many years, noticed the cleanings became less and less grand. But the price never went down. Today I had to give my new card because the bank issued new ones. Well, I always come to.Pure Magic for my wash. I have used a variety of locations with the one in Savannah, TN bring the best so far. The one in Lenoir City was disappointing. First if you use the vacuums use the ones under the cover. The ones out in the open suck, or should I say dont. I started out there this time because the other ones were full. I ended up moving and re-vacuuming my car, because the first ones didnt work as well. Then, while detailing my car I noticed a lot of places that didnt get clean that I thought should have. You can see the pictures my back window, side windows and the bugs left on the front window. I guess I will go back to washing it myself, save myself money and actually get it clean. read more

Went back around after scrubbing and dumping their cleaners on my, guy asked do you want another $11 wash, I said hell no, I got the $17 dollar wash and this is a bunch of nonsense. He told me to the pre wash area first and hand wash it then come back through. read more

I have had an ongoing issue with a 3 month pass I purchased in November. It doesn't work. The manager at this location said they can't fix it I need to call customer service. Customer service sent me back to the car wash because they can't fix it. I went back and was told again to call customer service. I have called customer service once a week for 3 weeks. I have been told it was escalated to management. I have yet to hear anything back from them. Customer service tells me just to be patient. DO NOT USE THIS CARWASH. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!!! Absolutely terrible. I bought a Major Wash, should have a wheel and tire shine and hot wax. The wash was terrible and missed much of my truck, so I went back around to try again. The employee was apologetic and put me through again and gave me the Ultimate Wash. It was no better, still missed even flat surfaces on the sides and didn't touch the rear at all. I spent an hour hand wiping it clean. I don't recommend this car wash at all, it literally doesn't wash cars. read more

Have their Membership on both my car. $29.99 a month per car for unlimited full service washes. As one who has two 10 year old cars and plan on keeping them for quite a while longer, having a quality wash is important to me. My cars come out shining and the additional services keeps the interior as clean as the exterior. Totally recommend!! read more

Over priced and under delivery of service. there's nothing in between the most basic car wash and the next highest yet there's a huge jump in price. The mechanics and machines inside a car wash are essentially the same so there's no real difference to be had there. Once upon a time they offered floormat cleaning but that machines been gone for a long time. their vacuums are half-assed at best. They do not provide free cleaning materials like cloths and solutions for the interior of your car. this is a common thing I have seen in most other cities where I have either visited or lived... But this place wants you to spend five dollars in a vending machine. outrageous. The unfortunate thing is they apparently have a monopoly on the local market. all overpriced competitor could come in and clean up in a minute. read more

They were not marked as nonworking so you had to go try them before pulling your car into a slot. #3 you CANNOT speak to a person at all when you call there nor leave a message. I would say that three out of five times that I go to the Lenoir City location, the suction on the vacuum is very poor. I thought it was because of heavy traffic, but today there were only three cars and it still barely had any suction. I know I'm not the only one dealing this, Pure Magic needs to fix this issue. I'm always happy with the service here. I love the vacuums too but today the staff was wonderful!!! For some reason my car locked itself. It did that the first month I had it and normally I leave a window cracked. It is 37 degrees outside and I just didn't think to do it. I went into the office to call roadside help. Two employees offered me a drink & kept checking on me. They all wished me luck and were so kind. It was chilly in the office but better than 37 outside! I used these people monthly sometimes 4 or 5 cars on monthly they did 2200.00 dollars damage and jerked me around 2 months saying they would do a claim. They said they would review it BUT wouldn't let me see it I had to take their word. Now I have a 1987 Firebird Pontiac with 2200 dollars damage because of Pure Magic Car Wash in Lenoir City Tennessee. They are not an honest business. I gave 1 stars because their wash job is pretty good. As you know they shut down for repairs a lot, as well they should because mechanical things always need adjustments. My timing was bad, because the day I went to the Lenoir City location I heard a very loud bang. If I hadn't had a stroke, I would've gotten out to see if there was any damage. Later on I found some damage so I went to them and explained what happened and got the song and dance about Dec 15th, and the last time I was there was Nov the 14th. Purchased an Ultimate car wash at the Farragut location. You couldn't even tell the car had been washed. Dust remained on the windshield and there were streaks on the car surface. Clearly the machines and brushes are not doing their job. PureMagic used to be a great place for a car wash but no more. read more

Definitely not worth $17 car wash. My car wasn't very dirty, and after getting it washed here, all I could do is shake my head at that big waste of money. Machine left streaks and plenty of unwashed services for me to correct. Lesson learned, just hand wash it yourself if you want any type of quality wash. read more

Car was not clean even though I chose the ultimate wash. The right tail light cover was broken and torn off. When I showed it to the attendent, I was told that "Pure Magic was not responsible for any damage to vehicles". COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED WITH THE WASH, ATTITUDE, AND THE LACK OF CONCERN. If you drive a dodge charge DO NOT GO HERE DONT!!! I was going through and when we were almost done, the part that comes down from the ceiling and wipes the car one last time SHATTERED my windshield! Completely broken! When I pulled around with a shattered windshield to tell them I was told "it is your fault for using these car washes and not having a stronger wind shield!" Okay! We will see actually what my lawyer has to say about that, let me add, I video taped going into this dreaded car wash that I thought would be great and quick, the service boy didn't even guide me into the holes for the tires, that's negligence in itself, let me add I did in fact place my car correctly, there wasn't any reason for my windshield to shatter and then for me to be yelled at and demeaned. Almost made it out of the carwash but ended up running into the vehicle in front of our truck at no fault of our own as we were on the track. The people at the carwash reviewed the tape and, of course, found no fault with the carwash. Convenient. Pure Magic does not accept blame and will not pay for our chrome bumper on our truck that has been driven less than 200 miles in 3 years. Apparently they do not accept any damage on any vehicle no matter how big or small. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! I was a monthly subscribed member of Pure Magic in Lenoir City, TN since I moved here in 2020. Last month I went through the car wash and when the cloth rags from above were slapping my car I heard an unusual sound while the rags were crossing over the back of my Lincoln MKX SUV. When I got out to dry the car I noticed the upper long 3rd brake light over the rear window was missing the red lens. I found a piece lodged in the rear wiper and when I told the attendant, he went into the car wash and found the other two pieces right where I told him it happened. He took a report and pictures and said I would be contacted. When they emailed me I was told that their review found they were not responsible for the damage and that it must have happened going through the drying cycle and that it must have been loose and blew off. I emailed back that it did not blow off and the attendant found the parts in the area of the cloth rags right where I told him. I think a frayed edge of the cloth or something got caught on the lens and tore it off. I heard it happen. They still refused to cover the damage which is over $200. just for the part. I will never go through another Pure Magic car wash and I hope you think twice before you take your car through it. read more

I have been going to the Farragut Pure Magic for about a year. I used Simoniz before and they are better than Simoniz, but not perfect. You have to drive into the car wash area. I realize it is awkward for the people to make eye contact and guide you in, but sometimes they aren't looking at all and it makes me so annoyed. I don't want to potentially damage my wheels or car. I have the inside and outside package. The cleaning job done on the inside my car isn't consistent. I never bring it in there too dirty, but I frequently leave with a dusty dash or hairs in between the seats. They wash my rubber mats and several times they have gotten water on my seat. One time they soaked my seat so badly that it couldn't be sat on until it dried. As I uber and had planned to do that immediately after leaving the car wash, I lost money and I was very upset. All in all, they are better than Simoniz and I'd rather pay them than clean my car myself. read more

I have been using this car wash for a couple of years and was always satisfied. When I went last week with my brand new 2018 Nissan Rogue, I noticed some scratches on the hood which were not there before I went through the wash. I went into their office and an employee came out, looked at the scratches, and then said he needed to see the video. A short while later her reappeared and took photos of my car from all angles, including the scratches. He said he would be back out with a print-out, which was pretty much a receipt of notice of my claim. It stated that 2 full business days were needed to review the claim, and then somebody would be in touch. Because I was leaving town, I called the manager at the car wash before the end of the 2nd business day, and he told me that he hadn't had a chance yet to check out my claim. His lack of any sense of urgency to the damage on a brand new vehicle was irritating and I suggested he get back to me by the end of the day because I was leaving town. He did not call me either that day or the entire week-end. My recorder showed no missed calls from this guy. I then contacted corporate and despite sending an email, I had to call them again as well. I did finally get a call back and was told somebody would be calling me back. This is one week now since they damaged my car! The manager who I talked to last week called around 7:00 pm, and told me he tried to reach me but was unable to do that. That is a lie because if he called my home number, I would have a record of that, and I did not. And the correct home phone number was on my claim receipt. He also told me that for 2 hours they reviewed a video which I would guess was no more than 2 minutes long, so they must have watched this video 60 times. I don't believe that either. But what really shows what kind of business this is and how they care for their customers, is that he told me that he could not see anyway that their car wash scratched my car! Pure Magic Car Wash will be hearing from my attorney, and I suggest anybody who cares about the quality of their new vehicle, to avoid using this company because they will not stand behind their product when clearly they were the cause to the damage on my new vehicle. read more
