I've been a member of PureMagic in Farragut for several years, but must say the full service(outside and in) is not worth it. When I started with them, they had several employees working on the inside to service your vehicle. Now they only allow one vehicle at a time, and it takes a very long time. i suspect the Mammoth is attempting to eliminate the inside full service. It's a shame as the was a really good facility. Also, the Shammy Dry with is at the end of the wash tunnel, does not work!! read more

been a customer for 8 years with two vehicles one getting inside and out the other getting premium wash only. was stuck in the middle with soap on vehicle for 15 minutes asked employee what was going on, in a rude manor he replied we are working on it. They have an employee that has to park his super long truck right where you have to make a u turn to enter the wash, I have asked several times if they could have him park that truck else where the manager replied he can't tell his employees where to park. I visited Pure Magic Car Wash in Farragut, TN, and paid for a Max wash, but the system only processed it as a Basic wash. I mentioned this to the staff, and they acknowledged that the system sometimes glitches. Since I had a lunch date with my wife and had to head to Nashville for work, they kindly offered for me to come back the following week to get the correct wash. I appreciated that they were willing to make it right. However, when I returned the next week, I went through the wash again--and it still didn't clean my truck properly. The sides were still dirty, and the back of my tailgate wasn't touched at all. I tried calling the location, but the number wouldn't connect. I then called their corporate office, only to be sent to voicemail with no response. For a company of this size, I'm shocked at how poor the customer service is, and even more frustrated that their car wash doesn't actually clean vehicles. I gave them more than one chance to make it right, but they failed both in service and quality. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. If you're looking for a reliable car wash, I'd recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere. read more

I ran my car through twice and it was still dirty. When I complained, a teenaget tried to tell me it wasn't dirt, but scratches. I've had cars about twice as long as he's been alive and know the difference. When I got home, I wet a finger and rubbed it in the center of the "scratches" and dried it with my sleeve. (Gasp!) A year ago on 8/24/2024, i signed up for the Max Promo Deal that their manager offered me. It included a monthly fee for unlimited car washes and interior cleaning 10 times a year. I gladly signed up and gave him my credit card. Every month I get charged on my card. Today i went to the Magic Car Wash in Farragut on Kingston Pike. After we had our car washed, we drove our car to the interior cleaning entrance. Soon afterwards, we were told that they are cracking down on people getting services without paying. And that if we wanted to have the interior cleaned, we would have to pay 20 dollars for a one day cleaning, or agree to upgrade our account. This person was a young man with blonde hair looking to possibly be in his twenties. After requesting to speak to the manager, he walked me over and stayed for the entire conversation. The managers name was Jayden, however, when I asked the young man for name, he looked away from me and said," I'm not going to give you that." Very rudely. I asked them to comp the cleaning for the day to give me time to call corporate. They refused, so I completely cancelled my account. I am extremely disappointed and very angry with how I am being treated. I never received a phone call, a text or an e mail as to the change in my billing. All they would say to me is that there are new owners and that they are cracking down, even though I have my original receipt for an unlimited managers special that I signed up for. Pure Magic needs to hire more competent managers with the power to override policy when warranted and to have mature social skills. Unfortunately, you just lost a customer. read more

I don't know why I keep coming back here. The car wash leaves your car with areas that are still wet when you exit leaving water spots and streaks. I have the interior cleaning and they do pretty much nothing. I added the interior back today hoping they got better because going through the car wash still leaves your car wet and spotty. They don't wipe anything down good or at all. I pointed out my windows were still dirty and they just spritzed just a drop or two of cleaner on my window and called it done. I have hair and dirt still on my floor boards and console. When I got into my car, they had both front seats all the way forward which I had to squeeze in to adjust back. They had 5 people around my car, and still can't do the job. Management needs to change and employees need to be trained. read more

Please be aware .... even though Puremagic Carwash ripped the side rocker panel from my BMW, they said they will NOT cover the damage, which has been estimated at $1500.00 from my insurance company. They called the damage a "center cap" (which is not a rocker panel), and they also stated in the email, "they could not find where their equipment malfunctioned and because my BMW is older than 10 years"! The body of my BMW 535i has always been excellent. How can they say their equipment didn't malfunction? The Beemer didn't damage itself and left it's own body part INSIDE THE CARWASH! The tenant had the part leaning against the wall inside the office when I reported it. It took about 7- 10 days to finally get an email. Their corporate office refused to give me a telephone number so I could discuss the issue. Puremagic has given me the absolute worst experience with this major issue. They do not care! Numerous reports of damage here I see. A safety hazard to the unsuspecting community. No safety measures in place to allow emergency shutdown in case of conveyor belt malfunction. Rude Service . Aggressive staff member harassed me verbally while I was waiting in line. Manager then came out while I was waiting in line and started pounding on my window with a heavy metal flashlight almost breaking my window . The motor in my driver window is bad, so I couldn't roll the window down completely and had to roll it back up again. This apparently angered the manager. Several teen staff members then came out and surrounded my car and began taking pictures of my car, myself and my membership tag. shouting profanities and one yelling at me, while making hand gestures, they were gonna make notes on my file and cancel my membership if I didn't roll down my window. I became fearful of them and the gang like behavior they were exhibiting and left . This was at the Farragut location . I'll never do business with this place again . read more

There is nobody to call about the incident and all you'll get is an email after you try and contact them for a week with an explanation of why they won't help you. Yesterday, we took our car through the carwash lane and noticed the left side brush was not functioning. Also the overhead brush did not engage to dry off the car. We went inside once the wash was completed and were simply told that they were aware it was defective and that it would be repaired next week. I have been a monthly pass holder for many years. This car wash is going down hill daily. Even after drying with a clean microfiber towel, my windows are filthy. I don't know a time I've been to one of their locations in the past year and everything has been functioning. When I questioned that the brushes that clean the back of my vehicle have not been working, I was told to use the prep area as they don't know when it will be repaired. It is really sad that I have paid $60 per month for my 2 vehicles for at least 10 years and this is what we have to deal with. My husband's truck was damaged in the Lovell Road, Pure Magic Car Wash (PMCW) earlier this month (Feb 2022). A vehicle in front of his went off the conveyor belt track. The PMCW attendants did not stop the track until after our vehicle was pushed into the vehicle that had gone off the track. The manager on duty filled out a claim form and told us that their corporate office would contact us in 2 or 3 days. We were not contacted. I had to call them. I spoke to Brandon Cobb. Mr. Cobb told me this accident was not our fault and it was not the PMCW's fault, it was the fault of the vehicle in front of us and that I should file a claim with my automobile insurance. I heartily disagree, regardless of what happened to the vehicle in front of mine, it was the PMCW attendant's responsibility to monitor and stop the track. They had control of our vehicle and it was their responsibility to keep it safe. They are no longer answering my emails, so I feel I should let everyone know how they treated me, a longtime customer. After my experience with them, I don't feel that they are a company that I can trust to do the right thing. read more

Good for quick, bad for quality. Inside and out ultimate wash was what I got. 31.24 after tax plus a tip. It was quick, in and out in 15 minutes tops. The wash missed quite a bit, especially the wheel area and bottom parts of the doors. They vacuumed well, but the dash board still has lint on it like it did before. Could've done a better job, the folks just seem to be there for the paycheck and really don't care about the quality. I guess it's a good place for a quick wash but don't expect detail level quality. read more

When they first opened up they were great at the Kinston Pike location in Ferragut, Tn location. I doubt they even read the comments. But ever since covid the quality sucks. I could higher a kid off the street and would do a better job. If you want a quality job go to Synergy it just down the street a couple miles and they do care and make sure everything looks good to your satisfaction before you leave. I brought my car in for a full service wash especially because the interior windows were very filmy. It looked nice and the interior had been nicely vacuumed but when I was driving not the sun later that day, the windows were badly streaked and much of the windshield was not even touched. Looked like they passed a cloth around the outer area a few times and the center was completely untouched. Wound up redoing the interior windshield at home. Would have skipped the full service if I was going to do that and saved a lot of money. They were busy that day but that should not excuse shoddy work. I've had it done there before with good results so I hope it's not an ongoing issue. read more
