I had high hopes for this facial as there were many good reviews of this spa. I liked the facilities. What I didn't like was being told what type of facial I was getting and a collagan treatment. This was my first time to the spa so coming out with an extra $60 charge was not appreciated. Next time I will ask before agreeing to any service. If I had been asked do you want the collagen treatment for an extra $60, I would have said no. I also did not like the upsale of products which seems to happen everywhere. You're told how bad your skin care routine is and several boxes are placed by the cashier for you to consider purchasing with no apparent prices indicated. read more

If you're looking for a luxury spa experience--this is the place! I learned about this spa when my nail specialist of over 20 years, Silvia started working here. In this day and age of Covid and all the necessary precautions necessary for hygienic and sanitary conditions, especially in a spa environment, run, don't walk, to Malisse! I have never experienced such a super clean place and the hyper precautions taken to ensure a safe and clean environment. It truly makes me feel comfortable and I can't say enough about the importance of taking those precautions. The effort they have made really shows at the spa. My nail service is always in a private room (all services are in private rooms) which makes for a very comfortable experience and not having to worry about being exposed to other individuals. Covid aside, in general I love just having that quiet space without sharing it with groups of people like I've experienced at other spas. As far as nail services go, you can't go wrong with Silvia. She is an expert pedicurist and is certified both as a master pedicurist and a certified podologist. She has years of experience in nail care, is highly knowledgeable and knows what she's doing, takes her time and does a thorough job. You don't know what a pedicure should be until you've had one from Silvia. I do not trust my hands and feet, especially my feet, to anyone but her.
