As a owner of a High class cigar bar myself East coast. Nothing classy about this place. Bartenders Are average, I see some of the bartenders do not pay attention to anyone who comes in makes them wait at Least a good 20 plus minutes. Went there Halloween slow or course bartenders seem nice at first till you start asking what cigar they would pair with a certain whiskey: not professional by any means, parking horrible and this little place is ok. Prices are high for what you don't get. So, if your a local great this might be a good spot, I think it's short lived. Bartenders know your cigar selection and be nice to everyone who walks in. If Puro's goal is to create cigar fans, well it has succeeded and job well done! Honestly, my husband and I just wanted to check this new spot out just because it was new and in downtown Chandler. We walked upstairs with no expectations and slim to zero knowledge of cigars. The only time we've tried cigars was in Vegas and it didn't end very well for some (my husband, not me ha!). So on top of little understanding and poor past experiences, we left Puro with a new appreciation for the cigars and actual cigars in hand! This place is very welcoming and comfortable. Every member of the staff is kind and friendly, and doesn't make you feel like a beginner even if you are. We appreciated the hospitality, service and overall atmosphere and are definite fans! A strong drink was exactly what was in order for my Saturday afternoon out and about downtown Chandler, this hidden gem deserves 5 stars on so many levels. Puro is clean, modern, open and cool. My husband fell in love with this place and can't stop talking about it. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and just told us all about the concept of the cigar bar and just made conversation which was awesome. Nick has such passion for the place! Definitely one of my new favorite hangout places! A bit tucked away from the downtown strip, but a solid find. The second story views with semi-open patio is perfect for Arizona year-round. There's a pretty large humidor with tons of choices and I love how there's constantly a staff member in there to assist. The craft beer selection seems to rotate fairly often and I saw signs for cigar and beer tastings- awesome! Service is amazing and a huge shout-out for the live music like three times a week. I know there's a membership option which has access to a private section. Can't wait to go back! read more

Kick ass bar with cigar room for the smokers in the group. Quite something to allow indoor smoking these days. Not my cup of tea but this place isn't overwhelmingly Smokey. Bar menu is extensive and service is excellent. Great place to hang. read more

Long time coming to downtown Chandler! Loved it so much I became a member(few different tiers) available. Let me start with service, 5 Star! Bar staff is on point. Ever go to a bar/lounge and they just go through the motions? Not here; staff is friendly, attentive, genuine and pour great drinks! Management is top notch and you can tell "quality" is their top priority. Drinks- 5 Star. I'm not a beer guy but they have a great revolving beer tap selection. I'm the whiskey guy, awesome top shelf whiskeys to choose from. Did I mention great pours?!?! Cigars- 5 star for the novice cigar aficionado. Spoke with one of the cigar managers in cigar room and he mentioned they are constantly bringing in the customer favorites and brands they think all guests can enjoy. Have a question or need help paring your drink? Just ask! Great spot to start or end a date night, chill with friends, host clients or just to relax and chill by yourself. I would have given 5 stars but the humidor needs expanding. The lounge and bar are absolutely amazing and the view from the balcony is fantastic. There are plenty of televisions to watch your favorite games and the bar has a great selection of whisk(e)ys to satisfy your palate. There are also numerous beers and other liquors to whet your whistle in a friendly atmosphere provided by the eager staff. Another fantastic bonus is the ability to order food from a few choice restaurants below the lounge including BBQ and Mexican food. There is also a private lounge for members with lockers. I'm hoping they expand the humidor and bring in a larger variety of cigars. What they have is very good but a larger humidor would make this the best and most complete cigar destination in town. Was in the area for business and found this gem. One of few open air lounges I've encountered as the upstairs location in Old Town Chandler has a balcony which fully opens to the lounge. Above average selection of sticks with a good selection of draft beers and a very good selection of alcohol favorites. Friendly staff that opened a tab for me while in the humidor which carried into the bar area. Very clean with plenty of TV's for sports with what appeared to be a glassed-in private room which I did not get any details on cost or availability. read more

This cigar bar is the STUD among cigar bars. Extremely personable staff, very reasonably priced drinks and sticks! Clientele is eclectic! Which shows it's attraction to the cigar aficionado and beginner & casual cigar smoker! The outdoor 2nd story patio is a perfect place to unwind, watch the downtown Chandler vibe or even work or write book! You can order food in from several eating spots downtown! It's obvious they appreciate every customer! If they only had the Hot Dog guy set up there more often! And there is an elevator to lift customers that cannot use the staircase! I love this place!!!! We met Kyle back when he worked at another bar before opening this joint and let me tell you...him and his team did a phenomenal job. The service is amazing...every single person is very knowledgeable whether it be cigars, beer, or whiskey. The decor from the bar to the members lounge to even the bathrooms...very modern chic. I personally do not smoke but I love good bourbon and scotch and this spot is the best of both worlds so my fiance gets his cigar fix and I get my fix. It's a must try read more

I love this place, indoor cigar humidor, a private members smoking lounge, all the tables inside have ashtrays. Bar inside across all tables, and great ambiance. First things first, excellent customer service, the manager came over, we talked about the place, had a great time with her. You can buy your cigars there, they have a humidor, or, I had my own, just ordered drinks. The best part, there is a BBQ joint below the cigar bar, and you can order, they Bri g it up for you, such a great concept, they should open one here in Tucson. At the end of our stay, someone else came over, asked if everything was to our liking, nice..., definitely be going back with some friends. Amazing place to chill on a Monday evening! A quick flight of stairs and there is the decent cigar selection on your right. Maybe not "amazing" but definitely the best if you don't want to go all the way to Scottsdale! Then there are the amazingly comply chairs/ tables/ layout. No matter the group, you'll find an appropriate spot to plop yourself. The bar is also much better than your typical cigar + beer spot. Fresh squeezed lime juice for an honest-to-god cocktail was awesome. Best of both the cigar lounge world & the cocktail bar world! After being turned away a few months ago I never wanted to try this place again. I finally decided to go and give it a second try, I even made sure to go earlier this time so that I wouldn't be "too close to closing time". I don't know why I convinced myself to go again, I should have just stayed away after the first experience. Place sucks but it's the only other rooftop patio bar in the area besides The Perch and theirs is closed for remodeling. I guess what I'm m trying to say is save your money and time and just wait for The Perch to open back up if you want a view. I'm only giving 2 stars this time because they actually let me in. read more

My wife and I came here for a birthday cigar and a few drinks on a Saturday night. The place was packed and there was a band getting ready to go on. I checked out cigars in the humidor and I was quickly assisted by one of their knowledgeable employees. I'm by no means a cigar expert so it was nice to have someone give a recommendation on a good cigar. It was also nice to get a recommendation that didn't cost an arm and a leg. I told the guy what I've smoked before and what I was interested in and he pulled a cigar from the back room (pretty cool hidden door) and I was off to find a place to enjoy my cigar. Unfortunately my wife and I were left searching for a seat in a room that was damn near at capacity. A worker saw us looking around like lost dogs and quickly came over and asked us if we would like to have a seat in their VIP lounge. He warned me that we wouldn't be able to hear the band, but I didn't have much interest in shouting over a band all night anyway so it worked out perfectly. We grabbed a spot in two nice chairs by a TV and we were quickly greeted by a waitress who gave us a slightly outdated whiskey menu. We had a blast sipping drinks, shooting the shit, and smoking stogies! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good vibe and a good smoke! read more
