But the Prosciutto Cotto was our clear favorite -- it had such a unique depth of flavor, and the crust was outstanding. It's so good you'll actually eat the entire thing (no tossing the crust here!). We came here for lunch when we were in the area shopping & so glad we did because the food was sooo good as well as the service! We got here around 4 ish, right before the crowd slowly started to trickle in. As soon as we sat on the outside patio we were quickly greeted by the server, hate that I forgot her name because she was great! We started with some wine & beer as we were deciding. We ended up starting with the burrata & fresh sliced steak tomatoes with balsamic drizzled on top... everything was delish without drowning in the glaze! Then we got the Meatball Hero Pizza, oh my it was some of the best... love the basil with the sweet & spicy peppers definite keeper! Then we got the smoked wings... OMG you can taste the grill on them & perfectly cooked without being burned, our server brought us a sampling of the sauces since we had a hard time deciding! I was first greeted by a friendly manager who seated me. Thea, my waitress, was super cheerful and friendly, and pointed out the highlights of the menus. She was helpful to answer my questions. I ordered a soda and the Margherita pizza with added mushrooms and kalamata olives. The olives were whole, juicy and briny, and the mushrooms were plump and fresh. The mozzarella was also fresh, the basil very flavorful, and the sauce generous and tasty. The crust was flavorful, thin and crispy, except for the middle, where it bogged down a bit from the different liquids. The crust was good enough to dip in some ranch dressing I asked for on the side (they charge extra for it). I appreciated that my soda kept being refilled without asking. I got the tiramisu for dessert. Great presentation, and it practically melted in my mouth... Very moist and full of the coffee and rum flavors. Probably one of the best I have had. Most everything is made in house from scratch, except for the tiramisu. This is a more premium pizza experience, so it is on the pricier side. Also, it says wood fired oven... I don't taste a woody flavor, but it was good. I wouldn't go here all the time, but would for a really good quality pizza and good vibes. 01/06/2026 I had not dined here before, but stopped here during a pub crawl last month and it was packed. So I made a Tuesday 5:00pm reservation for my friend and me just in case. Got there and it was empty inside and just a couple of people on the front patio. It did start picking up about an hour later - I guess we just dined too early lol. We got two pizzas to share - Honey Bee ($23.50) and Tipsy Pig ($25.50). We were not expecting it to be so big for wood-fired pizza! The menu did not specify the pizza size. So we definitely had leftovers. Both were delicious. The jalapeño slices on the Honey Bee were FIRE, like super spicy but so good. We had never had vodka sauce on pizza before, which is why we chose Tipsy Pig, and it was my favorite between the two. We saw Tiramisu on the dessert menu but were too full to try it. The leftover pizza was great the next day too. I'd love to come back to try other pizza flavors and the pastas too. Service was good, and the owner also stopped by to check in. read more

My friend picked this place out for a group dinner. Everyone else had been here and had really great things to say about the food. Craft 64 is also located right by the free Chandler parking garage! We did not make a reservation, and I kind of wish we had, especially for a Saturday evening around 615 (and there were 6 of us). Oops.... They told us about 45min, but I think we only waited 20-25 min. There was a bar, and we ordered drinks while we waited. I had a glass of the Cabernet Sauvignon and it was surprisingly good! There were lots of drink options here too. It was very warm in here, not sure if it's always like that, or if there were a/c problems. We got seated, and our table was right by the brick oven, which was fun to watch but also REALLY REALLY hot, on top of the already warm restaurant.... Angel was our server and took great care of us. Our group ordered 3 different pies: Honey Bee, Smoke House and a seasonal special The Tommy Boy. The Honey Bee was my favorite! The sweet and spicy flavor was perfect! Conveniently located near the free parking garage, it's a laidback place to pop in for a bite and drink. Very casual and excellent spot to eat and talk without having to yell or strain to hear. Unfortunately, the pizza was kind of a miss for me. I was hoping for a crispy crust, but the pizza was so oily that it kind of just soaked into the crust and made it a bit soggy. Stopped in here on a Saturday night when they were doing the Chandler Christmas parade and tree lighting. We thought getting in anywhere would be insane but there were luckily 2 open chairs at the bar so no wait. We come here pretty often. We always know that we can get a great, creative cocktail and delicious food. We really weren't very hungry and knew we just needed a bite, but even if you just need a bite it might as well be yummy. We started with the chef's board. It had salami, pepperoni and prosciutto, along with several kinds of cheese (including their house-made mozzerella drizzled with honey), some fig jam, olives, golden raisins, and house focaccia. Man that focaccia is good the way it is topped with olive oil and rosemary... Yum!!!! We moved on to a Meatball Hero pizza. I love the meatballs here, so I thought we couldn't go wrong. I was right! Even after moving out of state, Craft 64 continues to be my favorite craft pizza spot and post golf ritual! I think the beer options are great (I always love the Juice Box) and no matter which flavor, the pizzas are always consistently good. The crust is crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and a good middle ground between a thin and thick crust. I normally rotate between the Honey Bee and Fico, but most recently I tried the Quesabirria--this might be my new favorite! I loved that the pizza itself wasn't saucy, there was a generous portion of meat and all the toppings were evenly distributed around the pizza. I wasn't sure how I would feel about the consume with pizza, but I loved it! It came out hot and tasted like true quesabirria taco consume. The pizza definitely had a kick to it, so I wouldn't recommend if you don't like spicy! For ambiance, I love sitting at the front with the open air / high tops. It's casual, you can keep tabs on sports games on the TVs, and service is always pretty friendly and quick. read more

We have been going to Craft 64 for a while and I just haven't done a review. We LOVE their pizzas!!! We usually get the Honey Bee and the Fico with prosciutto, both are amazing! Today we sat at the bar and the seats are extremely comfortable, there are a couple televisions to watch games, and of course an extensive drink menu with lots of beer on tap and mixed drinks. We got the Honey Bee and the Burrata with prosciutto. Both were delicious. The service was great, the bartenders were very attentive and the place was packed. I had had a really rough day at work so I thought I would treat myself to a nice dinner. I originally was going to go to a fancy restaurant but then I started craving some pizza. Anyway, I decided to give Craft 64 another try. I had the smokehouse pizza And the flavor of this pizza is fantastic! However, I believe they put too much tomato sauce on it because the middle of the pizza was extremely soggy. The manager though was fantastic because he replaced the pizza. He told me life is too short to eat pizza you don't like. The new pizza was a lot better. The middle was still a tad soggy, but not like it was before. I think the problem was I was comparing this pizza to the pizza of Pizzeria Bianco's that I had just had three days prior to. And we know that Chris Bianco's pizza is the king of all wood-fire pizza and his pizzas aren't soggy in the middle! But still, I love the customer service here and the pizza is extremely flavorful. read more

Despite not having a reservation, the greeter was incredibly accommodating and managed to get our party of 8 seated quickly--major kudos for that! The bartenders were both attentive and super friendly, making us feel welcome the entire evening. The food was absolutely delicious. The sausage dish was packed with flavor, and every single brick oven pizza we ordered was cooked to perfection--crispy crust and fresh toppings that hit the spot. To top it all off, the Clase Azul Reposado tequila shots were $23, which is very reasonable compared to most places. We will definitely be back. This review is mainly in recognition of how genuine the service is despite having a mix up. My partner and I personally thought their pizza was fine, but I do appreciate they offer more fresh and unique toppings compared to other pizza places. Definitely go and try their pizzas if you would like something a little different from the norm. When my partner and I went to Craft 64, we were part of a large group with a reservation. There was some miscommunication though with how large our party was though, so our group had to sit at separate tables. This was no issue for us, and we were appreciative that the staff tried their best to make things work. As an aside, please do not go to this location with more than 8 people! There is a reason why they have that number as the max for making a reservation. Some tables and chairs are bolted down, so they cannot be moved to accommodate larger group size. Our server was excellent and she was able to make sure we all got separate checks despite having such a large group. She made sure our orders were taken and put in as soon as possible. And finally, my last note if you come here with a larger group: if you all order pizzas, expect a longer wait time between the first order and last. Pizza oven sizing is only so large for cooking pizzas. There was an hour wait between the first pizza order and last in terms of arrival. If possible, I would recommend splitting pizzas with the group instead of each person having their own individual pie. I don't think anyone finished their own pie and went home with leftovers. I also recommend ordering appetizers or other dishes to munch on while you wait. Had an outstanding experience during my recent visit to Craft 64 in Chandler! I have previously visited the Scottsdale location, so was excited to check out their other location! Interior was definitely larger than the Scottsdale location, but had similar comforting vibes and a cute patio. Got to try many menu items from their new summer menu and had the opportunity to chat with the owner James-he is so passionate about the business. He shared with me about how all of the ingredients are so fresh-they don't even have a freezer in the place! Everything is made from scratch here and uses highly quality ingredients. No wonder it all tastes so good!! Tried a whole slew of food and drink items, but my favorites, although hard to choose were: Drinks -9th floor: this cocktail with st germain elderflower, french nectarine and peach liqueur, prosecco, club soda and rosemary was divine. perfect summer drink and blend of flavors -crafty spring sangria: red sangria with house made apple puree, lemon, st. germain, topped with lemon lime soda. I just came back from spain and this is better than a lot of the sangria i had there! this sangria wasn't too sweet at all, and the touch of lemon lime soda reminded me of a delicious tinto de verano. this sangria is very well done. food -honey bee: this pizza topped with pepperoni, wildflower honey, and jalapeños is a craft 64 classic and a must try when you visit. so many places now do a variation of this sweet and spicy pizza but craft does it the best. love this pizza -verdura pizza: usually veggie pizzas don't stand out to me, but this one did. the mushrooms, peppers, and onion were perfectly roasted, giving them a sweet flavor. the crème drizzle over top added a bit of creaminess to the hearty veggies. awesome pizza -mascarpone and fig bruschetta: simple dish but so well done. this dish really highlights how fresh and quality their ingredients are. the fresh focaccia was amazing and the mascarpone, fig, and prosciutto complemented each other so well! This place smelled good from outside so my wife and I decided to give it a try. The place has a modern industrial hipster feel. My wife wanted the market salad but they didn't have it available. Why have something on the menu if it's seasonal or not available all the time. So she got the Caesar salad and asked for chicken on the side but they didn't have chicken. I feel if you serve Caesar salad you should have chicken available as an add on because sausage doesn't go with a Caesar salad. I ordered the carne pizza and it was enjoyable. The fennel was a little overpowering but still tasted good. I think the pizza could have used a little more cheese. Service was good. Thought it's a little overpriced for what you get but you are paying for ambiance. I would still recommend this place. read more

The pizza is delicious. My husband says their beers are great, especially one called Juice Box. The service can be mind-numbingly slow, which I don't understand because we go when it's not busy. It could also benefit from better cleaning of tables, chairs, silverware, etc. Yet, the pizza is probably the best I've had in the area, and that is what brings us back.
