They were quick to schedule an appointment to come help fix the issue. 30 minutes later i got a call from them saying they can't come and fix it. They dont have the tools and the truck that the tools were on was just in a car accident and the employees in the truck had to get over 100 stiches, had a broken hand and was in surgery. They couldn't get me a date on when theyd have the tools or could help me and told me to contact roto rooter. Roto Rooter helped without an issue, the back up was not in a main and it was very easy for them to tell just by asking if anything other then my washer and kitchen sink backed up. It took Roto Rooter less then an hour and the cost was half of that I had to pay Tureks.

I called and confirmed the house stats and prices and made the appointment. I know this is a dusty business, but the truck, equipment and crew were all clean neat and tidy. Matt and Angel were polite, friendly and left my visible home cleaner than when they arrived. After seeing the before and after photos of the ducts they obviously left them cleaner than I thought possible. The house is almost 60 years old and the ducts had never been cleaned. It was so worth it! I had problems receiving the photos, but the office manager and even the owner worked to get them to me.
