I had no idea how much water had made its way into my flooring, so I was preparing myself for the worst. Turns out, it didn't end up being a catastrophe! Matthew used a thermal camera, and a moisture meter to inspect for moisture on the floor/subfloor and flex ducting. Once again, he was thorough at his job, and in his communication. It was time to make this small repair and patch, but we also decided it was a good time to remove all the blown in insulation and replace with insulation batting. Patrick from Sound Crawls came to do the inspection and gave us a quote for the work we wanted done. In our opinion he did the best inspection of all the businesses that came to give us a quote. He was very flexible, willing to do less, but explained how more could be done to make our attic so much better.
