I have done purple carrot for maybe 6 months with a break while we on vacation. Overall I like it. The food is tasty and great for people who hate to meal plan and get sick of eating the same thing all the time. Those are big positives for me. I've tried several other meal planning services and this one beats them all for me. The downsides are cost, and packaging. So much waste. I wish there was a way to send it back to be reused like with milk bottles back in the day. I have only had bad produce arrive once. The only way to contact them is through chat and the representative was short and didn't even try to solve the problem. Instead she just let a new customer cancel their order. With the high cost of customer acquisition you would think service would be a priority. I asked her to relay my concerns to management thinking they would get involved. I've received two deliveries from Purple Carrot to date. The first delivery was late and I had to replace a couple of the ingredients at the top of the box which had spoiled. The second delivery was on time and all the ingredients were in good condition! In my effort to go vegan and WFPB these recipes are very helpful! They are easy and quick to prepare, include step by step photo instructions, and are helping me try new foods while learning how to prepare them. I also love that everything is included which saves me time on shopping....which I hate!! I would like it if substitutions for some ingredients (oils, sugars) were suggested, but aside from that I have been very impressed so far! read more

I really like their meals alot and love that they precook some of the more difficult things like noodles and rice. Every time I make rice from a meal kit it comes out bad or uncooked. So far, everything has been great. I checked out my third bag of food for the week after reading these reviews and everything looks good. Green pepper has a bad spot. It looks kind of like it got frozen at one point, though. I did have to laugh at the half a garlic bulb. I get it, though. No waste... fine with me. The 4/5 is because of the cost. I get Purple Carrot in spite of the large $$$ because I am paying for a lifestyle change. It saves me from meal planning, shopping, forgetting stuff, running to the store, and the lifestyle exhaust me. Our economic system makes being healthy very difficult! The meals so far have been excellent. I served the beet flatbread and sausages as a side dish for Christmas. The carnivores didn't notice anything weird. I will stop doing Purple Carrot when I get the lifestyle, spending the time in the kitchen, and meal planning down. I will try very hard to avoid the grocery store for now, and I have lost weight and feel better after one month of vegan. BE WARNED ... I purchased this product at Frys and kept it in the freezer until I decided to cook it. I followed the recommended instructions and set my timer to 5 minutes. After 3 1/2 minutes I had a fire in my microwave. I was fortunate to be in the kitchen to notice the bowl and food engulfed in flames. I was able to remove the flaming bowl and began dousing it in the kitchen sink. After I quit shaking.., I did my best to clean the chard microwave. I was hoping that it would look like the new microwave that we had just purchased a year ago. I contacted Purple Carrot and did get a call back thanking me for the information. I was told that there was nothing they could do to compensate me for the microwave but was offered coupons for more Purple Carrot products. I assured them that I would never again bring their product into our home. I would love my microwave to look as it did before I bought their product. My prepped meal order was delivered past the 72 hour freshness mark. I received it in about 83 hours. If you're going to ship perishable items like food, it should be shipped in a timely manner to avoid spoilage or poisoning. Now I have to throw it out which is a waste of food, supplies, and adds to more pollution. If you have no control over the shipping, please choose a reliable carrier. Now I see that so many others have had shipping issues as well. The only reason I ordered this was because I injured my ankle and am not supposed to be on my feet. But you guys were days late so I had no choice but to cook. Also, all menu items have way too much sodium. Although I was happy to have found vegan and gluten free options, it is not healthy option for meals. But other meal delivery services all have this same issue. Not to mention, this company is on the higher price range even with discounts. Customer service has issued a refund. I'm highly disappointed in the timing and not even being able to try it. This was my first delivery. I was really excited about the way things were packaged, but once I started taking out the meal kits I was immediately bummed. The bag of little tomatoes were crushed and leaking in one bag, there was a crushed and moldy red bell pepper in the other (had to toss), and the jalapeño was also crushed and cracked open. I decided to order Purple Carrot because I work full-time, have two kids, and am the only cook. I wanted something that was special and just for me as a reward for my hard work, but it felt more like I was punishing myself with more work... I used to love to cook, but I need things to be easy, and tonight's recipe was labor-intensive and time consuming. I'm thinking this might not be a good fit for me. read more

I really love Purple Carrot. Most of their meals are really fantastic, like Butter Roasted Tomato Gratin and Walnut Crusted Artichokes, and only once after months of deliveries, have I had a recipe that I didn't care for. When I consider that I could go into the finest vegan restaurant and order poorly, I think that's a really great hit rate. I find the recipes easy to follow. When both my husband and I are around, we find it easy to divide up the steps - if it's just one of us cooking, no problem, we can still get the meals prepared in a predictable way - I'm not by any means a skilled chef, so I cherish the predictability of the steps and the consistency of the results. I see that people have complained about spoiled and missing ingredients, but that hasn't been an issue for us. I think I once had a missing ingredient and once some lettuce was past its prime. I've been using the service for months, and I still remain thrilled. Each kit is a like a little story for me each night, unfolding step by step into a delicious meal. I think part of the challenge of vegan cooking is that you really need to season the food well, and it can get boring quickly. Often when I thumb through a vegan cookbook from a restaurant I'm discouraged when I see how many different spices and ingredients they need to get the results. Purple Carrot also uses a lot of spices, including some that would be really hard to track down, and includes them all in easy packets. Even if I were a better cook, it would be really challenging for me to get their results without spending a lot of time shopping and having a lot of rare ingredients left in my pantry - not to mention the waste from buying too much of a perishable item. Purple Carrot distills cooking down to the parts I like, the slicing and dicing, and with about 30 minutes of prep, I get results that are worthy of a good vegan restaurant. I did try Sun Basket once - in my very first order I got a vegetarian meal mixed in where the main ingredients were eggs.... and the taste wasn't nearly as good. I have been a subscriber for 10 months now and use to absolutely love this company. I was the person taking pictures of their meals and tagging them on IG, I was so delighted. I would see people complain and I would defend them. I had mainly positive experiences with my weekly box and the customer service team, and the problems I did experience, happened VERY rarely. Something however, REALLY BAD has happened at Purple Carrot HQ over the past few months. It seems to be since they changed to customizable/interchangeable meals. I loved the introduction of this option but it has come at a very heavy price. Almost every box I receive now where I have swapped out one meal for another, I am missing an ingredient. The two common issues seem to be 1) Recipes sharing ingredients. If you happen to swap out the one meal that's bag contains the 'shared' ingredient for the other remaining meals, you are now missing that ingredient across the board. 2) They will put the swapped out meal bag in my box, but forget to include the larger or fragile products that were not inside the sealed bag, but are part of the meal (typically items such as tortillas). If missing ingredients wasn't annoying enough, the quality of ingredients has also taken a HUGE nosedive. I don't know if suppliers have changed, the storage of the packed boxes prior to shipping has changed, or if the boxes are getting packed too far in advance, but over the past few months rotten and damaged products are now a regular occurrence in my box. For example, I have yet to receive shredded red cabbage or coleslaw mix that wasn't rotten. Customer service are quick to respond to messages/emails but it is so tiresome constantly reaching out, that sometimes I don't even bother. it's time consuming and frustrating and EVERY time they give me the same old cookie-cutter response. They agree it is not acceptable and this is not what they want for their customers, they see this defeats the purpose of the service, they are sorry and appreciate the feedback, they will absolutely address the issue with the packing team and/or the quality produce manager, blah blah blah. Yet NO improvements! I would not be surprised if I receive the same type of response from them in regards to this review. It's a broken record and NOTHING changes, no matter what they are telling customers. Besides the apology and assurance the issue will be addressed (which obviously isn't working as it keeps happening) it's the same old " To make up for your missing/damaged ingredient, we have applied a credit of (insert small amount) to your next box". A $5-$10 credit, (which is considerably less when you take out the cost of the items you are having to buy and your gas), just doesn't cut it when I am constantly having to find time to drive to the store. The cost of the subscription then doesn't justify the inconvenience of it all when I am already paying a higher rate subscription for the convenience reason. Two weeks ago I really went into detail with the customer service team about the issues. I was assured they really were listening and changes were coming. I skipped last weeks menus, only to resume this week and open my box to find yet again multiple quality issues and a missing ingredient. Unfortunately I think it is now time for myself and Purple Carrot to part ways. I have stuck with them these past rocky months because I felt they had earned a chance to get things back on track. Their recipes continue to be great but that is no longer enough. They are no longer the only players offering plant-based subscription meals. I love Purple Carrot and have been a subscriber for several months now. I feel compelled to write a review, because I'm at a lost to understand how my experience with this company seems to be at such odds with many others who've found it wanting. It's likely that a happy customer is not as compelled to write a review as one who has a complaint. Ingredients in my boxes always come well-packaged and I've never had spoiled produce. I find the recipes easy to prepare, use a minimum of kitchen equipment, and the end result is always delicious. I especially enjoy the introduction to ingredients I've not tried before (hearts of palm, e.g.) and the wonderful array of spices that are educating my taste buds. Evenings, preparing my meals, have become something of a Zen ritual now, devoting my attention to prepping the ingredients and savoring the fragrance of a meal cooking in my favorite place, my kitchen! Purple Carrot is truly as good as it gets when it comes to vegan cooking! I've tried BlueApron, HelloFresh, and EveryPlate, but Purple Carrot truly stands out from the pack! The recipes are diverse and perfectly labeled for "quick and easy", "Gluten-Free" and "High Protein". The meals usually require a bit extra time for me since I'm a perfectionist at heart, but the timeline and instructions are easy to follow. The portions are hearty and I usually can split them into 2 full portions and a "snack" size too. I feel like I get a variety of different styles and types of cuisine and rarely see recipes repeated. I sleep in a sleeping bag on a blow up mattress and The Purple Carrot sent recipes that take over an hour to prepare and require you to own a food processor. So yeah... you could say I was in over my head. I think this meal delivery program, while tasty, is about 40 skill levels outside the realm of what is possible with my current (and probably even future) cooking expertise. I tried out this vegan meal-prep delivery service for 2 weeks on the 2-person plan, which includes 3 different meals portioned for 2 people for a total of $68, making each meal around $11-$12 a person. Which isn't really all that great considering I could have gone out to eat for about that much and not have had to do so much work and so (so so so) many dishes after. The meals are usually very good but to me they might as well have been Master Chef level recipes. Each meal is divided up to look like it's only 4 or 5 steps, but within those steps are for real about 37 different instructions (pictured). It's insane. If you truly enjoy cooking but hate grocery shopping, then this is a great service for you to pay a premium for portioned groceries to come to your door, but otherwise it really isn't worth the trouble. Some of the ingredients will come in cans, so you aren't getting fresh stuff and some of the "fresh stuff" arrives in pretty haggard condition... like a carrot that's turned black and mushy a quarter of the way up or banana that's rife with rot throughout. One recipe called for rice vinegar, which they sent in a tiny plastic bag that could not be resealed and had the recipe call for half of the unreasonable bag. The other half of the rice vinegar was to be used later but instead tipped over and leaked out everywhere because that's what happens when you give someone a liquid in a tiny un-resealable bag. To be fair, most of the stuff was perfectly fine but none of the meals were worth all the trouble. Meals are estimated to take between 35-45 minutes ended up taking me over two hours and twice I ran out of bowls to put stuff in because the recipes require you to use sooo many utensils and bowls and saucepans and a food processor and c'mon! I don't own a real bed and I'm supposed to have all that stuff. The final straw was the recipe that required a food processor, a strainer, and a colander. Who do I look like? The Queen of England? I don't have that kind of equipment and I also don't have the rest of my life to wash every pot I own 3 times a week to make these meals. The portions, for the most part are pretty perfect. Most of the meals we had a little left over for a small lunch the next day and only one meal left me feeling like I could have used a larger portion. I think in a restaurant scenario these meals would work well and they could probably even charge a bit higher of a price point, but for me doing all the work in cooking (which always took over an hour, even with my roommate helping) and then all the cleaning, it's just not a product I can commit to. ** Small Update ** While this product isn't for me, I do need to rave a little about their customer service, which really did go above and beyond in addressing the partially rotten carrot issue, the late delivery, and a botched cancellation of a week's order. I have to give an extra star for their legitimate desire for honest feedback and to improve on their current product, which is unfortunately a very rare quality. I selected this plant based home delivery program because of a study I read that the Mayo Clinic did on their meals following them for one year and I was impressed. Heart Healthy, weight loss and cholesterol lowering. So, I figured why not, I'll try. The meals are prepackaged, you select how many you desire weekly, the ingredients are shipped to you, with directions, and you prepare each one as instructed. I've been doing it for about 9 weeks. I love their meals. Tasty, ethnic, not boring, and spicy. A lot of them have great heat and they're flavorful. Filling. I feel as though I'm going to a nice vegan restaurant, but only I'm in my home. TERRIBLE. I've tried many different meal kit delivery services and this is by far the worst experience I've had. I really wish I would have read the reviews. First off, I was supposed to get $25 off my first delivery -- this did not happen. Secondly, when the box arrived the ice packs were warm and all the food inside was warm. I inspect the produce to find bruises on the fruit, my avocado had a hole in in, and the kale was yellow with brown spots. I cut open the avocado to find brown slimy fruit and mold near the stem. This is absolutely terrible for a food service to send spoiled food, especially since they are more expensive than most of their competitors. I've never had an issues with freshness with other meal kit services. I've emailed the company about this and no response yet. I'm not expecting much looking at other reviews. It is environmentally unfriendly. The packaging is beyond excessive and will cause landfills to fill at a very high rates. If you compost, you would need 2 acres of land to compost the packaging they send. You pay $78 per week for three meals for two people. The ingredients are fresh and fine and worth about $12 - seriously. - BUT - it costs $78 because the ingredients are shipped with 15 pounds of disposable or reusable ice packs. It costs $60 to send 15 pounds of ANYTHING... So this is just nutty... I have no use for the large quantities of ice packs sent every week. Yes I am busy and I was hoping by taking the grocery store visit out of my schedule that I would actually cook and eat better as quality ingredients were delivered to my door. Not only do quality ingredients come to your door, but so do excessive packaging materials that are huge and heavy and wasteful. It does not prevent me from needing to go to the store. They have the skip deadline a full week out so that if you get home, unpack a week's menu, and realize you are too behind to make use of the next week's shipment, then the "skip deadline" for the next week has already passed. Example: it's the evening of 3/12 in California. I just unpacked the shipment that arrived while I was at work. The skip deadline for the shipment arriving 3/19 has already passed. Convenient, huh? Even if you can afford the cost, the wasted food is just plain wrong. In reply to Courtney C: Thanks for your reply. My fix for this problem would be to change your skip deadline policy to midnight Eastern time -- or even better to midnight in the timezone of the customer. I have experimented with several food services, and this one really annoyed me. The produce that arrived was not always that fresh, and the recipes a bit bland for my taste. But the worst thing was that they advertise that you can cancel any time. Not true! I tried canceling way back at the beginning of August. Apparently they put me on a pause, instead of cancelling ! When I suddenly received an email that a shipment is coming, and that the next shipment is already processed for next week, they would not change that. I explained that I am actually leaving the country, the food would sit on the porch, and a bear might be attracted, then possibly lose its life ( we have a bear problem in the mountains) they said sorry. This delivery service is not trustworthy. I skipped a meal before their deadline and they claimed that because I didn't get an email confirming it was my fault. Not my fault if their system has bugs and don't acknowledge when you skip a meal. I cancelled my account a few days after and today received a note from Fedex that a package is on its way. Purple Carrot has great recipes. We've been using the service for several months and haven't found a recipe yet that we didn't like. All-new recipes every week. Caveat: You do need to enjoy cooking a little. Most recipes require prep, which I MUCH prefer as it means the ingredients are fresher. I don't want pre-sliced and pre-chopped veg. However, if you're a person who would prefer all prep be done for you, this is not the service for you. For most recipes I probably spend ten minutes doing prep work before I start actually cooking. Pros: Excellent recipes. Minimal repeats of recipe choices. Fresh ingredients. Ample portions. Clear directions. Really nice recipe booklets with tons of photos. Good customer service when available (I once emailed at 3 pm because a step was missing in my recipe, and they literally responded in minutes.) Cons: The ordering interface isn't as friendly as it could be. You have to jump around to find ingredient lists and take a look at prep requirements, and sometimes they aren't available yet when I'm first looking at a week's choices. Only six dinner choices each week. Online chat has limited availability; I've multiple times looked for a chat button during regular business hours and found it wasn't live. read more

I've been thinking about subscribing to delivery meal kits for awhile. I was tired of getting the same three salads at Trader Joe's, and tired of spending so much money at Whole Foods only to end up eating out anyway. After reading a Buzzfeed article on the different companies, I decided to try The Purple Carrot because its vegan recipes are what I need to jump start my healthy eating habits. I think I need some familiarity with cooking. I thought I would be okay, but when the recipe called to core a cabbage, I had to google it. I'm in my second week now, and so far it's been good. I have the 2 person plan, which gives you three meals a week. Since I'm doing this on my own, I save half for lunch the next day, which prevents me from buying food outside. Some of the meals aren't very good as leftovers. Also, I hate olives and celery, so I need to really look at the ingredients to see if I will eat most of it. And if I know I won't eat a meal, or if I'm not going to use many ingredients, then I'll pause the subscription. What I do like is that I'm unexpectedly full after eating nearly a half of the meal. I end up saving a lot for lunch the next day, and sometimes I have some leftover as a snack later on in the day. What I don't like, and I think this goes for all delivery meal kits, is the excessive packaging. I try to save some of the little bottles the ingredients come in, but I usually end up recycling them. I also save the blue ice packs and the aluminum insulation bag that keeps everything cold for future use. It would be fantastic if the plastic bags that hold the ingredients were compostable. I was so excited for this service. As someone following a vegan diet, it was great to see a service where I could eat everything! Well, then comes the day when I receive my box.... A bag with the ingredients for black bean tacos, including a mango. A SMASHED mango, with juice everywhere. I figure...ah, someone must have dropped the box. Not their fault. I'll get a new mango. Next, zucchini boats. Delicious! ...Well, not so fast. In this one there's a smashed tomato. Again, juice everywhere. Unusable. One zucchini looks great but the other is wrinkled and mushy at the end, clearly going bad. The kale in the box is already yellowing and wilted. Not something I'm comfortable eating or serving to my family. Now, I'm looking at at least two recipes I'll have to return to the store to complete, and I paid HOW much for this? Restaurant prices for food I wouldn't even pick out for myself at the store. You might be thinking what I did--maybe it got damaged in transit? No, the box was fine. All intact. Packaging in place. Ice packs still frozen. I can only assume that someone at Purple Carrot actually looked at these ingredients and thought it was worth $70+? On top of all that, and this is more of a personal thing than the above, I looked at the first recipe--a whopping 930 calories per serving. WHAT. Unless you're like a super gym rat, or have a godly metabolism, that's insane for one meal. I've had 10+ years of food delivery service from Washington's Green Grocer with almost zero problems, and whenever there is one, they bend over backwards trying to make it right. I arrived home late and wasn't prepared for the food. I had just gone to the grocery store. So, I decided to go online an cancel my next order. The computer said it was cancelled. I'm done with Purple Carrot and I plan to reverse the charge on my credit card. They claim that I need to cancel by Tuesday at 11:59 PM East Coast Time. I cancelled my order or the next week before that and then canceled my account after 11:59 PM. Is this the way to endear new customers? I don't think so. I hate to give a bad review for a plant-based company because I applaud their attempt, but purple carrot has issues with their user interface that makes them difficult to decipher whether you're actually cancelling a week or not. You will be charged, even if you forgot or thought you cancelled it and there is no warning of an upcoming shipment so you just have to constantly check. Also, my last box that I received (accidentally due to that whole cancellation thing mentioned above) came to my house at 9pm at night. We didn't realize it until the next morning and the packages do not last 10hrs. Plus, the "time" is meant for two people working simultaneously. One person could never complete these recipes in the allotted time alone. The recipes are pretty good for vegan options, but they have too many other faults to return my business. read more

I've been doing Purple Carrot for 6 or 7 weeks now. I started it because I got a discount on the first box, and I figured....why not? COVID has brought us a lot of discomforts, and a cooking rut is one of mine. I'll start with the downsides: 1. The packaging. I really really wish there was a way that less packaging could be used. The first few little plastic screw top containers are awesome to get because they're handy sizes for travel or small storage, but then they just keep coming. 2. The lack of ability to double order a meal. I get (3) 2-serving dinners weekly, but every so often I might really want to double up a recipe but I'm not able to do that. The upsides: 1. I have successfully navigated out of a food rut. I'm not vegan, or even vegetarian, but I love being able to get more plants into my diet in interesting ways. What I like about the meals is that I get to choose things I ordinarily wouldn't even dream of making, or honestly even probably order from a restaurant. Even the meals where I'm like, "eh, this looks good but I'm not super stoked about it" have ended up to be really interesting with excellent flavor combinations. 2. I barely grocery shop anymore. My favorite part is my deliveries come Monday, so if I'm away a weekend or coming back from travel, I don't even need to think about shopping - my box arrives and I have everything I need to make myself meals. 3. The quality of food is generally really good. The more annoying thing I've experienced is having an underripe avocado or mango, so I'll have to wait to prepare that meal until the ingredient is ripe. But, honestly, that's a small price to pay and kind of expected - I'd rather be sent an underripe fruit rather than an overripe fruit. General commentary: 1. I am very comfortable in the kitchen and cooking. These recipes involve a lot of steps, and sometimes the way they are laid out doesn't make a ton of sense (to me). 2. The prep times are generally accurate, but sometimes recipes do take longer than the 30 minute estimate. I can't tell if it's because I'm being a doofus or the prep is just more labor/time intensive than expected. 3. I just really love that I have to put so little effort into meal planning. read more

HORRIBLE!! Food is moldy. Ingredients are missing. Packaging come ruined. I've been trying to cancel my damn service for WEEKS and they don't respond. They just keep charging me and sending me these boxes. Literally 8/11 boxes came with something wrong to the point I couldn't cook the meals because I had to go buy a main ingredient myself or toss the whole bag in the trash. read more

I'm currently waiting for my second week's box. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday. It never arrived. It's been sitting in a warehouse, apparently, since 1:44 a.m. yesterday without changing to an "Out for Delivery" status. So I've cancelled. I can't meal plan this way. I can't not know if I'm going to have food available to make dinners. I understand Covid delays, but it's been just sitting in a warehouse. That doesn't seem like a Covid issue. It's very disappointing because the food we had last week was EXCELLENT. We were so happy we joined the service. But I can't manage life not knowing if we're going to get our food. read more

Been customers for almost 2 years and what started out good has gone way downhill. For tge last 6 months not a week goes by without some combination, more than one, of missing, wrong, or spoiled ingredients. So far, I have received two orders from Purple Carrot. The first order had a moldy shallot and missing vegan mayo. Luckily, I had vegan mayo on hand but was only able to use a very small portion of the shallot since the rest was moldy. I emailed them and received $25 off of my next order. Then, I received my second delivery. It was missing garlic in both of the meals that called for garlic. Unfortunately, I had just used up all of my garlic and had none available. I emailed them and 48 hours later received a message saying they'd take off $15 from my next order. I will give Purple Carrot one more chance. If this next delivery is missing ingredients or has anything moldy, I will cancel my subscription and update my review on Yelp. I have not had any delivery issues with Purple Carrot and the meals do taste delicious and I love that they're plant based. The customer service feels generic and sterile, almost like I'm dealing with robots who are sending computer generated responses. I have used a different meal delivery service in the past and did not have problems like I do with Purple Carrot. I have spent way too much time emailing Purple Carrot and writing this review. This is supposed to be about convenience and it is anything but. Had I read the reviews on here, I would have reconsidered. read more

We have been using the Purple Carrot straight for over 4 months now. Never had an issue with moldy produce, missing ingredients or missing recipe cards. I guess we're the minority though, after reading all of these reviews. I'm shocked really. The food and veggies I've received have all been fresh and of great quality. Most last for more than a week if we don't get around to cooking them right away. The worst I've received is a tomato or two that weren't quite ripe yet. The recipes are so unique and super tasty. The meals are inspired and out so original. It gets me to try meals that I might never have considered before. We've tried the Tom Brady meals as well, but prefer the original. I love the service and we hope to continue it for a long time. Also, would love to see them bring back the family meal plan! read more

Purple Carrot is struggling. Start there. They have a great idea and concept, but they have cheaped out the delivery using multiple services to the point now that some guy in a beat up minivan shows up and doesn't show up. You never know. When they used FedEx, it was here reliably every time and in time to prep a meal on day of delivery. Now, they have missed completely the delivery day twice in the last month and then show up with "fresh" day old in the back of the van food if they show up at all. The meals are pretty good - but the latest delivery service they are using is beyond horrible. I think this is the 4th delivery service in a year. We are now unsubscribing after a year as Purple Carrot customers. We've called them about this many times but complaints fall on deaf ears and it's not for the customer to fix the supplier/provider/vendor's problems. They need to do that. Too bad, but their desire to get cheap delivery service has destroyed their business and they are oblivious to that fact. If They killed the goose that laid the golden eggs...or this case the delivery service killed a good business. Penny wise and dollar foolish. read more
