Egg was fried over medium I like it a little more over easy to get some drip but no big deal. Princess got 2 eggs benedict with crispy turkey bacon and a side of pancakes. Truth be told it's a big plate for 1 and we would have be good with splitting it. 1 egg Benny and 1 pancake each with a coffee is a sold meal. Total was 35 plus tip. Worth it, nice place nice people.
