I've usually had great experiences with threading here in the past, but my recent visit was disappointing. The person who normally does my threading wasn't there, and the experience just wasn't the same. It felt like she was pulling one hair at a time slow and much more painful than usual. Okay, I drove back and forth as well as walked around this whole building to find this place. I'm sure all the stores employees thought I was on bath salts. Haha. PSA---- THEY ARE LOCATED ACROSS THE PARKING LOT FROM SPROUTS They could really invest in signage.. The salon itself is pretty humble. 2 eyebrow chairs, a few dress, and a room in the back. There was only one employee when I arrived, She asked me to check in on the iPad. I can't remember now but I believe her name was jukthi. It was quiet. And continued to stay quiet the whole time I was there. She was quick and efficient. The thread never tore. I'm taking away a star bc I was basically blinded by my eyebrow hairs that stayed on my eyelids when she was done. Although she was wearing a mask, I don't think anything in the salon was sanitized. I've gone here for years and usually like how my eyebrows come out but Bina has literally taken the front of my eyebrows TWO times in a row. I had to wait like 2 months for the hair to grow back and she did the same thing today. My eyebrows are never twins but for this to happen a second time before an event is so annoying. Hair grows back but my confidence is on the floor until then & it's extremly hard for me to fill in the front without looking like I have blocks for eyebrows. The store itself is quite hard to find I actually had to look at a Yelp review to find it. If you're looking for the store it's across the parking lot from sprouts and next to a State Farm office, so look for the red sign. The lady who did my eyebrows took her time and really made sure she got every last hair. I asked her not to make them thinner and just to clean them up and shape a little and she did a great job. It was a little hard to understand her at times due to the language barrier but it didn't really matter as she got it spot on. The only critic I have is it was dead quiet in the salon so maybe turn some music on so I don't have to listen to my breathing lol. Overall I'm very pleased and I will be getting my brows done from here on out. read more

Great experience for this first-timer. I'm happy with the results - shaped and trimmed brows. No appointment this Wednesday afternoon- I just walked in and got immediate service. Took about 15 minutes start to finish. The space was clean and tidy. The chair as comfortable as it can be given that she is ripping out tiny hairs. I didn't cry. She did an excellent job evening out and shaping my crooked eyebrows! My eyebrows are naturally thick but currently, I didn't have much to work with, so I give her mad props! As said before, her English wasn't super good (that or she's just pretty quiet, and not talkative) so I wouldn't give customer service the best rating, but she kicks ass at what she does and it's only $11 for eyebrow threading. I'll admit, she puts the strings in her mouth...which seems a little unsanitary. However, she cleans my eyebrows in less than 5 minutes, and at $13 with the tip. I just wash my face when I get home, and call it good. read more

I have had my eyebrows threaded a ton and this lady does the best job. She is super thorough in shaping the brow and getting all the hair positioned correctly. Plus, she uses witch hazel afterward instead of that awful oil that makes me break out. Very quick in and out in 10-15 min total. Will be returning here for sure. read more

I've been threading my eyebrows for years now back in California and was having a hard time finding someone who knew what they were doing in the area! I had horrible experiences with uneven eyebrows and giant burns under the brow (which I had from waxing but never before threading). This is the least painful threading I've ever had which is SO wonderful! She's very precise and articulate and explained what she was doing to help get my brows evened out again. I will most definitely be returning every couple of weeks for a clean up! read more

Tried this place for the first time the other day. I've been getting my brows threaded for quite some time now, and I loved my old place, but I just recently moved to Fort Collins and I was worried about trying to find a new brow place. Bottom line, I did enjoy my experience here and I think she did a good job (and I'm pretty picky). The only down side is that I do think she did them a little thin despite my asking her not too. I will try to be more clear next time and see if this changes. Also, my old place used to always use rose water after threading, but she uses an alcohol/witchazel blend which seemed to sting a little. I know it's picky, but I always looked forward to the wonderful smell of rose water after threading, and I wish she used it! I've come here a few times, and this lady always does a great job! She doesn't speak much English, but she is very sweet and understands what I ask for each time. The price is fairly cheap. I think $11 for eyebrow threading. There's hardly ever a wait, and if there is I'm only waiting a few minutes. There's also a reward program for every dollar you spend you get a point, and once you get to 100 points you get a gift. It's always clean, and she has her certifications framed on the wall. Went in here a few days ago and have to say I absolutely LOVE how my eyebrows turned out. They're more full and symmetrical than they've been in years AND they're properly shaped. I walked in with no wait and Ganga? I believe did my brows. She even double checked with me during the process to ask if I wanted more taken off or not after I voiced concerns about previous encounters at other locations. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I think 11$ for brows is a bit pricey. I paid 5$ on the east coast. read more

First off, I don't understand why this place doesn't have a 5/5 stars. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded here 1x a month for the last 4 months AND they are always perfect. My husband complimented on them which is a big deal because he never notices...what guy does really. Even my friends and co workers have complimented on how good my eyebrows look. In addition, I never have to wait and she is so GOOD at what she does. Her English is not the best but I understand what she needs me to do and that's that. I have been here three times and each time my eyebrows looked good when I was done. The first two times it was a typical threading session, my eyebrows looked good and I had no complaints. When I went the third time, she was a little busier than the previous two times and it hurt a lot more and my eyebrows broke out afterwards. My boyfriend got his done this time with me and he also broke out after the threading was done. I have sensitive skin so take that for what it's worth. Your eyebrows will definitely look good after coming here, but I would advise going during off hours to avoid having your eyebrows rushed through. read more

The girl who did my eyebrows did not shape it well, and when I expressed the displeasure about the same she asked me if I had a picture with correct shaped eyebrows so that she could verify them.
