Plenty of stores to choose from clothes to high-tech products, and of course food. A restaurant called 110 Grill is open and the Village Restaurant Pancake Factory (owned also in Pleasant Valley). Many stores come and go over time, which makes it difficult to find what's needed and for enjoyment. The anchor stores hold a shine to this day except for JCPenney and Sears which closed, bringing some less traffic. New stores have opened recently involving a lot of entertainment activities for kids and young adults, such as the Space Adventure Mini Golf course featuring arcades. With more openings happening, I see the Galleria still being a busy mall in the next several years or so, but the vibe has changed so much compared to the mid-late 20th century.

Traffic through the main parking lot can be hectic, specifically during the afternoon and evening, especially on weekends and holidays. The main attraction of course is Acme, carrying the most customers. The paving looks in pretty good shape, with no bumpiness throughout, adding satisfaction. No issues have occurred for us in the parking lot, but always take caution and be safe.

There are approximately 45 stores and restaurants; there were plenty of parking and even a playground. I find myself here quite often so I figured I'd give it an update. It's a beautifully maintained shopping plaza that reminds me of Garden City in Cranston, RI. On a beautiful day, it's a great place to walk around. They also hosts special events throughout the year. I enjoy dining at Mercato, 110 Grill, Flatbread Pizza, Panera Bread, and Jefferson Fry Company. My kids love Barnes and Noble and Walter's Boundless Playground. If you need to do your grocery shopping, there is a Shop Rite. There are plenty of shopping that can be done at Kohl's, Old Navy, Dick's Sporting Goods and more. There is a new candy shop called The Nutmeg Sweet Shoppe. If you want to attend a cooking class, book a spot at Sur La Table. There are a variety of businesses and many more businesses are being added. It's located on Route 44 and going in and out of the place can be chaotic sometimes, but there are traffic lights. Overall, it's a great place to shop and dine.

Once you pull in, there's an immediate four way stop sign intersection that can require the most patience of all, because taking turns is an unknown concept to some people. But once you're in, there's a good distribution of restaurants to stores. Shop Rite, Panera Bread, Barnes and Noble, Ben & Jerry's, Kohls, Chipotle, the Paper Store.... A lot of these places have been around for years. When a shop does go out, a new one comes in pretty quickly. There is a lot of parking available, although some is further than others. Kohl's has a large lot to itself entering on the second floor. The holidays can get chaotic in all parking areas, so if you must join the fray be kind.

A bit of it still remains from Marshalls until Des Jewelers. There are some stores that are still open that have been there for many years but don't seem to be as busy compared to back then. Also, some stores and restaurants have made changes throughout time, and seem to be successful. A big issue is the parking lot and moving around, not too pleasant, especially on the weekends. Usually, there isn't enough room to move because of traffic and people crossing the street and lot. I find it time-consuming and can be a hassle especially if someone is an inexperienced driver. Pavement can also be improved in most areas as well. Good businesses to check out, but take caution in the parking lot. 2.6/5

If Hollywood ever needs to set a film in the early 80's, this is the place. No need to hire extras, local shoppers will do. (I still see people wearing t-shirts from "Bob's" stores around town, how long ago did they go out of business?!") There is a nice Marshall's at one end and "The Dragon's Den" to care for all your fantasy figurine needs. I took a short road trip to Lee Premium outlets. On a weekday, it was on the quiet side right after…read morethe holiday. I haven't been here in a while so I decided to check it out as I was looking for a few summer tops. I went into Ann Taylor Loft, Polo Ralph Lauren, Coach and Banana Republic outlet. At Banana Republic, they were helpful in finding my size when I didn't see it available on the shelf. I spent a few pleasant hours just browsing the stores at my leisure.

The nail salon has all the latest styles (including the fabulous cat-eye), and Savona's pizza is the best around. Maybe there is a second act for this mall.
