His quote was very fair and much less than the first one I received from another vendor who acted surprised that I knew what a R rating was. So I think Titan was bought by Insulation Labs but they are just redirecting the calls instead of shutting down the Titan brand because they want to double their chance at getting work. This feels like borderline fraud to me, so I won't be using either company. To be fair, I have no knowledge of the quality of their work. It's unfortunate they chose to do that.
