David C came out to give an estimate. He was very knowledgeable, patient and informative. He answered all the questions I had at the time and he made me feel comfortable about pursuing this project with PRS. I was given three quotes for the various levels of roofing they offered (good, better, best) that were all very reasonable. I decided to go with the best quote. Work started on my roof a little over a week from signing the contract. The crew assigned to the project were great, beginning with the project manager (pm), Ulises A and foreman Jay. The pm was very professional and knowledgeable. He communicated the status of the project continuously. Once the old roof underlayment was removed, he made repair/wood replacement recommendations supported by pictures and explanations.
