I reached out to them in August and asked to get on the schedule. I never received a call. I received a call from them in mid-September saying they had a cancellation and could clean my gutters and roof that day. I told them I was out of town but could pay by credit card if they wanted to go. They never contacted me and never sent me a form. Crew was late on both days. A roof section was missed so they had to come back to do it. Moss debris was blown out onto our garden beds and all over our lawn for us to cleanup ourselves. They told us that this was their standard practice even though their agreement had a "clean up" section. I give them 2 stars since the roof looks much better than before however their customer service is horrible. Ive had to send numerous emails to follow up and their responses has been rude and condescending. We paid over $1800 to have our roof cleaned. With so many other companies to work with, you can easily find someone who appreciates you as a customer. read more

We had to relocate to Minneapolis. So we sent out several requests for bids. They were very prompt to get back with a bid (much appreciated), but due to a need to get things booked quickly we were unable to confirm with them the start date. I called twice and left two e-mails that went unanswered (again it was only over a two day period). I suspect they were very busy, which is understandable, but we were under tight timelines. We had another bid that came through and they were responsive to our questions, so we decided to go with them. I e-mailed PWNG to let them know that we had gone with someone else and received a scathing and extremely rude e-mail from the owner that was very unprofessional. I would have been happy to go with them otherwise, but when I received this response I was happy we decided to go with a competitor. They may be a great service (based on other reviews), but this unprofessional response was both unnecessary and speaks to the lack of professionalism they bring to their business. These guys were great. Our roof looks amazing, they helped repair a gutter drain and took care of covering one of our vents where a pesky woodpecker had made a nest. They also left no mess!! The price was great in fact they quoted us a higher price then they ended up charging less since the job didn't require as much as they had anticipated with the quote. Wow! These guys just finished pressure washing my Trex deck and two patio areas and did an AMAZING job! I was worried the deck was beyond repair, but it looks like new!!! Just had Vick and crew from Pristine Window and Gutter clean the moss and lichen from our large Trex deck. We were not able to be there during the work, but Vick sent us before and after pictures, and the results are fantastic. The deck looks rejuvenated. They also noted some additional areas of excessive moss and lichen growth on our roof and gazebo and took care of those for minimal additional charge. I can't recommend Vick and his crew enough. They took care to use low pressure wash where needed (to avoid damage to the decking) and brought our deck back to life. Many thanks. Great work! read more

Very unreliable company with poor communication. Practically a scam. They asked for a deposit and never even started the project. Four weeks later after the scheduled date and after numerous calls we are in a stand still trying to figure out how to get our money back. Do not give them deposit upfront! They will run away with it, will not do the work at all and will cut communications with you! We made numerous calls on the published phone. Multiple times they promised somebody will call back to resolve the issue. Nobody ever returned a single call. This scenario repeated over and over multiple times, so we had to explicitly ask about the name of the person that answers the phone. We have the impression it is the same person, but she presents herself with several different names. They also never provided a manager or a supervisor on the phone, getting stuck on the same sentence "Somebody will call you back" then they cut the call. I am glad we did not go further with this company on our roof repair. If the initial experience is such imagine the quality of the work that they will provide! Stay away from this company if you do not want to get scammed! Hope this review will help somebody else to do not make the same mistake we did. read more

Our deck looks great! Should have had it restored years ago. I would say overall, for our deck restore I'd give them a 5 and the customer service at 4. We had our deck restored on a Friday, but it wasn't until Monday someone called to say "don't put any furniture on your deck for 48 hours...". Well, that would have been something the crew should have left a note about since I wasn't able to be home when they were leaving. Luckily when we did put furniture out on Sat, it seemed completely dry and we had no issues. The email addresses listed on their site all seem to bounce back, the only email that goes thru without bouncing back is pwngservices at outlook dot com. Hire a tech guy to get your emails working properly! Should be a simple fix once you stop trying to redirect from an old hotmail email address. read more

I'm giving this company one star for scheduling an appointment to clean my gutters, but I'm giving them zero stars for service, since they did not show up to clean the gutters. I waited for them to show up during the window of time they had scheduled but no one showed up. I called the company and got a voice message to leave my contact info. and they would contact me within one business day. I called again later and a guy answered the phone. I told him who I was and that I was scheduled for gutter service but no one showed up. He said "that because of the weather everyone called in." I asked why I wasn't notified if they were cancelling? He said "oh well" no one was available and gave no apology. So, with that type of customer service I guess they don't want my business, nor should anyone give them their business. They could have at least called if they were cancelling and rescheduled for another day instead of leaving me waiting for nothing! read more

We just had the moss removed from our roof and treated. Cons: some moss was still left on roof, but they stated it would all be gone in 2-4 weeks. Pros: Came within one day of contacting them and when they said they would come, efficient and nice people came. Cleaned up above and beyond job (be clear on clean up before starting). read more
