If I could leave zero stars, I would. My experience with Evergreen Window Cleaning was a masterclass in unreliability, and I never even got my windows washed. I booked a job and was quoted a price with an appointment scheduled. Before that date arrived, I got a call saying they needed to reschedule because there "wasn't enough time" to complete all the work I wanted done. That didn't make sense to me since my job was quite small -- and sure enough, it turned out they had me mixed up with a different customer entirely. I was pushed back to a much later date regardless. On the day of that second appointment, they contacted me shortly before the scheduled window to say the technician couldn't make it. We rescheduled a third time. This time, no call, no text, nothing -- they simply never showed up. I heard nothing for two full days. When the scheduler finally reached out, she explained that the technician had "run into issues that impacted his schedule" and claimed he'd tried calling and texting me -- except the phone number she gave me wasn't mine. The kicker? She herself had been texting me that entire time on my actual, correct number. So either the technician was given the wrong information, or the excuse just didn't hold up. Either way, nobody offered an apology or any real accountability. Three scheduled appointments, two no-shows, a mix-up with another customer, and an excuse that fell apart under basic scrutiny -- all before a single window was touched. I can't speak to Evergreen's actual work quality because I never got the chance to see it. But if reliability, communication, and basic follow-through matter to you, I'd steer clear. read more

Evergreen Window Cleaning has treated our roof, cleaned our gutters and our skylight exteriors now 3 times. Each time we've been happy with the work. This most recent service in January 2024 was especially exceptional. When cleaning up the debris blown off the roof near our deck, they blew off the whole deck since previous leaves and newly blow roof leaves were all mixed together. Came today for window cleaning, on time, and did the job thoroughly, inside/outside/screens. Only issue was how long out they were scheduling, but that happens when you get good reviews. Suggestion to owner: Ask people if they want to setup a recurring appointment (every 3 months, etc.). or schedule the next cleaning. I filled out their inquiry form on their website on a Wednesday and Keith drove by the next day, introduced himself and gave us a rough estimate. Because we have large storm windows that need to be removed/replaced to be washed outside and inside, the quote may have been higher than we had wished. Keith was very informative and explained the added expense of washing very large storm windows that protect our 115 year old lead glass windows; in addition an added expense for each lead-grid pane and each wood-grid pain in our 4 sets of French doors. I got a reasonable quote and after I accepted it the service was scheduled very quickly! The only 'negative' was that they arrived earlier than planned, which was only a 'problem' because we were all home from covid-19 and having them start working was a surprise. =P But really, they showed up early and finished the job in a very reasonable amount of time. I can't check all the gutters personally, but they got the one that the company we used last time had missed. Billing and payment was easy through their online system. windows are cleaner, but using pole with ironize water brush does not get the windows clean. Some times windows have stuff on them that needs some extra a little extra work that cant be seen from ground, also long pole does not clean corners or around base of windows. Had windows cleaned and still see dirt on windows after employee left and windows dried. Would never use again. read more

We were referred by our insurance company and used their service. Cost is much higher than other vendor but we went ahead with the moss removal and gutter cleaning service due to the referral and Yelp review. We have skylights on the roof, and they didn't seal/ protect the edge of skylights, so tons of dust fell on our counters in the kitchen, we had to clean everything and throw away the food. Be aware their gutter cleaning service as it doesn't include rinse out, so the roof dirt/debris stayed in the gutter and kept dripping on our front steps which made a big stain. I'm expecting a better service but am really disappointed . I will not recommend or use them again. read more

We had Jay come to clean windows and blow off roof. We have never had windows look so clean, almost as if there was no glass at all. He removed the screens, cleaned the windows, wiped down the screens and then reinstalled. Two other companies did not remove screens. The clean up from the roof debris was excellent. I recently used Evergreen for roof cleaning and treatment, gutter cleaning, and window washing to prep for the fall/winter season in the PNW. Their employee, Rick, did a fabulous job and was incredibly professional. It wasn't the cheapest option, but the work performed was certainly worth it. My windows almost look brand new again! The day after my appointment, they sent me a promo email offering 10% off the services I JUST HAD DONE. This wasn't advertised on their website when I booked my appointment, and the only reason I got on their email list was because they opted me in when I scheduled my service. Being the frugal person I am, I followed up to ask them if they'd honor the discount for me. After some back and forth via email, and an initial Yelp review, they agreed to honor the discount and gave me a 10% refund (see Keith's response below). In addition to windows, skylights, gutters and moss on walkways, I wanted to have to outside of the house cleaned of spiders, dirt, and whatever else was clinging to siding. Ben and Sam cleared all the gutters of the massive amounts of tree needles, windows and skylights were washed inside and out, years of moss was cleaned from sidewalks, and most amazing of all, the exterior was "soft-washed". The outside of my windows hadn't been washed in several years, and my gutters were in dire need of cleaning. One downspout was particularly clogged to where the siding was growing mold.
